I waited 4 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I was quoted 2 hrs. About 2 1/2 hours into the wait, I checked on the status. I was told they were working on the recall item that was also identified and would be about 30 more minutes. At the third hour they came to tell me there was a mixup. They did work on my car that was not requested (and of course I would not be paying for) but now they were going to do the oil change and tire rotation. An hour later they said the work was completed I got in my car & went home. I noticed that the tires were not changed (there are tires marks). Which means they didn’t actually do the tire rotation and the receipt shows that I was not charged for a rotation. I didn’t check the receipt while I was paying because they said they were giving me a discount because of the long wait and mixup. I called they said it was done, I don’t believe that it was. They do have photos of the vehicle that they take when you check in, so I would like to see those photos so I can verify if it was done or not. They did offer for me to come me back in and “do it again”. The work that was done seems fine. Note they provided an accurate quote but the work was just not completed
