Friendly people / Long wait times

onThe service desk person was helpful and friendly. But my appointment was so lengthy that I really was losing hope. I don’t understand how after making an appointment, it can take so long to get an oil change. My car wasn’t seen until over 2 hours after I dropped it at the service department.
