Worst experience ever! From the moment we dropped our car off, till the following week it was a horrible experience. We asked if we will be getting a loaner and Saldivar (Al) told us we would have to call corporate. He gave us a phone number on a piece of paper, which turned out to be an insurance company ( Fidelity insurance to be exact ) We called the service department back after we called that corporate number and let them know the number that was given to us and that it was to an insurance company and we were told that our service advisor would give us a call back. We never heard from him. Finally called him on a Thursday four days after we dropped our vehicle off and we were finally able to talk to him. He told us what the problem was with the car the price of it and that it would be ready the very next day which is Friday. My husband called on Friday could not get a hold of any service advisor we just kept getting told that they will send an email out to all the service advisors or the service advisor and we will be getting a callback never heard anything. Call Dawn Saturday the young lady I spoke with said that she would give our service advisor the message for him to call us back. Never got a call back. Called Monday morning and we were told that they couldn’t get a hold of any service advisors. Mind you we called first thing in the morning when the service department opens. And yet there was no service advisor available to take our phone call according to the receptionist. Finally later that afternoon Al Called my husband and told him that we can go pick the car up. We went in the morning on Tuesday to go pick up the car. Not only did they not do what they said they were going to do by cleaning the oil out the hat leaked everywhere under the hood, but they left the vehicle dirty with their fingerprints handprints inside the car and outside the car. Worst experience ever and I do not recommend them to ANYONE!!! The service department needs better training.
