My 2022 Toyota Sienna

He demonstrated the fully loaded Sienna to perfectly so I could use every feature..… He handed me 2 sets of keys. He wave bye as I drove off the lot. He was phenomenal and professional in every way. Could not have been any better
by Marie E. on 10/17/2023Tiik my beast in for an oil change on Monday.My service manager was Efrim.He was the most pleasant service manager I have ever delt with.He was kind and patient.While I waited for my service, I observed the employees who were in and out of… the waiting area were very good with the customers and and much more professional.I have never taken my RAV4 anywhere but Toyoto Nation.She was born there in the year 2000.PLus after all these years, I still get free oil change.I live on a very low income and the free oil change was a big help to me.Hi Marie, it is great to read such wonderful comments about your recent experience with us! Bad sales experience
by Daniel Oliva on 10/13/2023I was in communication about a car I liked and wanted to buy, I already had the car loan pre approval, which it was sent to verification, the sales person said it was ok, when I arrived to the dealer they took several hours, and at the last… minute they said the pre approval I had was not good and I had to take a financing with Toyota telling me I could canceled and use another loan. In addition, it was promised mats for my 4runner and they have never arrivedHi Daniel, we regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Disappointment
by ACarmona on 10/05/2023I took my car in for an oil change, which are free due to the promo I received upon buying the vehicle. After waiting an hour and a half, I was notified that the engine air filter was missing and the oil filter housing was damaged. They… wanted to charge me to add the engine air filter and fix the oil filter damaged. Fixing the damage would have been $87. I found it quite odd that I had to pay since I only take my vehicle to AutoNation for oil changes based on the promo. The technician probably forgot to add the add the engine air filter during my last visit and the damage would only have occurred from them doing the oil changes. Luckily, they didn't charge me for a new engine air filter, but never offered to fix the oil filter housing for me. I did not get my vehicle until another hour and half after being notified. I am disappointed because this has never happened the last 15 years I've been going there.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Slow Service

My vehicle was ready & sitting outside, but I had to wait 45 minutes for them to complete the paperwork. I have never waited this long for service at other… Toyota dealers. Long wait time and expensive

Actually got me the car I wanted
