Bad sales experience

I was in communication about a car I liked and wanted to buy, I already had the car loan pre approval, which it was sent to verification, the sales person said it was ok, when I arrived to the dealer they took several hours, and at the last minute they said the pre approval I had was not good and I had to take a financing with Toyota telling me I could canceled and use another loan. In addition, it was promised mats for my 4runner and they have never arrived
