Could not have been any better

Tiik my beast in for an oil change on Monday.My service manager was Efrim.He was the most pleasant service manager I have ever delt with.He was kind and patient.While I waited for my service, I observed the employees who were in and out of the waiting area were very good with the customers and and much more professional.I have never taken my RAV4 anywhere but Toyoto Nation.She was born there in the year 2000.PLus after all these years, I still get free oil change.I live on a very low income and the free oil change was a big help to me.
