onIt took them 3 hours for them to complete a simple 25,000 mile service + inspection. My vehicle was ready & sitting outside, but I had to wait 45 minutes for them to complete the paperwork. I have never waited this long for service at other Toyota dealers. If they told me ahead of time that it was going to take that long, then I would not have gotten the service done.
