Our first MB and certainly not the last!
Purchase of 2005 C230 Kompressor
by benz500se on 03/16/2012updated 06/02/2025My wife and I were in Crown Mercedes a few weeks ago inquiring on a 2005 and 2007 C230 Mercedes. When we came in Stephen Revard immediately took care of us. At the time, the 2 cars were in the shop, the '05 for engine maintenance and the… '07 for detailing and stated they would be available for test drives later in the week. He then took me back to the shop to look at the cars and gave me a chance to speak with the mechanic working on the '05. The mechanic explained all the work that was being done for the car in order for it to be ready for re-sale. After the meeting, I was more comfortable in returning for a test drive later in the week. We then arrived that following Saturday and drove both cars. We both agreed in the '05 C230 and purchased that day. Stephen was truly professional and attended to all of our questions and needs and had all the paper work done in a timely manner. He then went on to show us all the new gadgets on the car so that we were comfortable in driving it. I would highly recommend Stephen Revard and his team at Crown for my family and friends. Wonderful experience with Crown Motors Dealership

He was very patient and thorough in his work. We bought the car during the Holidays and… we went there late in the evening. He spent hours with us going over different vehicles they had. Buyer Beware
by coolfx on 09/17/2011updated 06/02/2025My experience with Crown Mercedes Benz of Dublin, Oh. was a complete waste of time. The advertised vehicle was noted to be "certified" and in great condition with low miles. After driving 2 and a half hours to the dealership, I was… immediately dissappointed. The associate indicated the vehicle would be detailed prior to my arrival and this was not done. I immediately noticed the buffing striation in the hood with dulling to the front bumper. Upon driving the car, there was a very strong odor of mildew thoughout and could be smelled at the seams of the body panels. The oddest thing was the odor was strongest with the top and wasn't from an external environmental source. The car also needed an alignment. The associate "did not" ride me. When I returned, I expressed my dissappointment in the fact that the car "smelled like it's been sitting in the Mississippi River". He said, "oh, I don't need to go out and smell it, if you said it smells, I believe you". He proceeded to tell me what "they" could do to correct the issues with the car. I stated to him, "I'm very upset that any issues were not taken care of prior to my arrival, you had 6 days. I have no intentions of purchasing something that's broken, nor am I driving back once I leave". I said, "if this is a "Ceritified" vehicle, then I question the whole process. This is not something easily missed during the inspection process. As a consumer, it tells me this Ceritified Process is not credible, that you've taken mental notes on your visual inspection and have not fixed anything." It's all profit. The associate attempted to get the sales manager, but he was unavailable in his office. That's not how you treat out of towners. Also, emails were not answered nor did I get an apology for them wasting my time and fuel getting there. I would never recommend anyone conduct business with a dealership that had so little regard for their potential customers. Because of them, I do not trust any "Certified" claims. If I find something wrong with a vehicle walking off the street, why hasn't the "certified technicians" noticed the same issues? All buyers should beware of purchasing any vehicles from them, used or new. The service you expect just isn't there.Service for my ML350

What a Professional Experience

He is honest, looks out for our best interest. We were in a difficult lease and CJ and the Crown staff worked… with us to find the best solution for US.....we wanted to lease again but after carefully reviewing our driving habits...the recommended a pre-owned. The car is spotless! CJ answered questions quickly and helped with all the set up and paper work. My husband let me do the "shopping" and when he finally met CJ and the rest of the Crown staff....he said "now I know why you made your decision...." Crown Mercedes really was outstanding by all means. when most of other sales consultant were pushy, this one was at ease with me, when most other sales jsut wanted to sell me… whatever car, the sales consultant at crown made sure I get the right car that suits my needs, and when most other sales consultant were not so professional (sometimes rude, or impatient, or careless), Crown sales consultant was very kind, understanding, and generous. they promised me less, but gave me more! What I like best about Stephen is his ability to anticipate. Several years ago I had a CLK Cab and I took it in to have a tail… light changed. The car was about to come off lease and Stephen knew I was over miles......he saw me in the service area and immediately talked to me about how he could get me out of my car and into a new one for less money......More recently I told him what my budget was for a new car and before I knew it he had the deal done.....More important than the deals I know that if I ever had problem Stephen would be there to take care of it. It is possible (but unlikely) I could have found a better deal elsewhere, but to me what is more important is that Stephen understands my needs, he anticipates and he get the job done. Oustanding Service and Sales

Salesman Mike Antauer listened to our needs and put us in a vehicle that we didn't see as a possibility coming into our search. His approach was… helpful and we did not feel the normal car buying anxiety of 'us against them' when dealing with him. He let us know that we would get the best deal possible without hassle, and after exploring dealerships over an area of a few hundred miles, we found that Crown simply couldn't be beat. Furthermore, Mike spent a few weeks with us and answered all our questions directly and honestly. Even after the purchase, he spent a few hours with us demonstrating the amenities and helping us set up our new vehicle to our personal preferences. I strongly recommend Mike Antauer as a salesperson. He is a sincere and knowledgeable person. In addition to Mr. Antauer, Sales Manager Tom Sands took a personal interest in helping us through the purchasing process. Tom spent a lot of time getting to know us and worked with Mike to meet our expectations.
