Tony Rameriz was probably the best non-sales person salesperson with whom I have ever dealt. He let the Mercedes and dealership speak for… themselves. Did not undersell either. I was buying not being sold. This is what the expectations of salespeople in any line of business should be. The first car took about one day to purchase. The second car took about 2 hours. Genuine professionalism throughout the dealership. If you are looking to take that step up and want to buy but not be sold I strongly recommend Tony Ramirez and Crown Mercedes Benz in Dublin Ohio.The only place to buy a car in Columbus, Ohio.

After asking a few questions about a car that I saw and fell in love with, I bought it. I was never pressured and… everyone was very helpful and friendly. My salesman Mike Antauer, and Tom Sands took their time and showed me how to operate all of the extra's, that I did not have on my old Mercedes. Stephen Revard was very accommodating in finding the E-550 Cabriolet with the options I requested. I was comfortable with the negotiated price of the car. The work… was completed ahead of schedule, under budget and there was no high pressure selling on replacement parts or suggested service. Mike had to outsource of model, it was not available on his lot. Delivery was as promised. Mike… had the new 300 all set and detailed out. It was parked in the center of the sales floor at Crown Mercedes. We completed of paperwork, and we were on our way in a very timely manner. I wish I had never heard of Crown Eurocars!
by e350_diesel on 11/07/2011updated 06/04/2025I purchased a 2007 E350 Diesel from Crown Eurocars in July; after owning the vehicle for only 4 months, the turbo charger experienced a “catastrophic event” and the dealership is refusing to accept responsibility for the repairs. I had an… independent authorized Mercedes dealership in Michigan, that has no vested interest in the situation, evaluate the vehicle, it was determined by their mechanic, who has been with Mercedes for 20 years, that the vehicle I purchased from Crown Eurocars had: • The oil changed ONCE prior to my purchasing it • No oil in the engine • No “low oil level” warning lights illuminated • The Service B indicator had been fraudulently reset 45 miles prior to the mileage on the odometer when purchased • The oil filter was covered in sludge (see photo) • The condition of the vehicle upon assessment could not have occurred strictly during the past 4 months /9,000 miles of ownership The dealership asked me to be fair in my assessment of their dealership and make sure I mention that the vehicle had been driven approximately 9,000 since I purchased it and that I declined to purchase the extended service contract; true statements. However, according to the assessment performed by the independent dealer, had the vehicle been properly inspected (even if the oil dip stick been pulled) prior to turning it over for resale, there would have been an indication of serious problems. Additionally, as stated above, the condition of the vehicle could not have occurred strictly during the past 4-months/9,000 miles of ownership. Crown Eurocars will also argue that their service department has nothing to gain by not performing appropriate inspections, as the used car division of the dealership is “their best customer”; while that might be true, their used car division has a lot to gain by not making necessary check and/or repairs (i.e. PROFIT). Very disappointing, you'd think that a supposedly reputable dealer would do right by their customers.Very good people

Great Used cars

Not only did they have the one I wanted but they had an almost twin to it a year newer. I was surprised to see that car even came with a warranty… "included". I was lucky enough to meet Andrew R. upon my arrival to look at the car. He made the transaction less of a process and more of an experience. Aside from a marker lamp that went out a few weeks after I bought it (which they took care of) the car has been perfect.
