Crown Eurocars of Dublin

A couple of weeks ago I picked up my fifth car from Crown Merecedes, I believe it was my fourth from Stephen R. What I like best about Stephen is his ability to anticipate. Several years ago I had a CLK Cab and I took it in to have a tail light changed. The car was about to come off lease and Stephen knew I was over miles......he saw me in the service area and immediately talked to me about how he could get me out of my car and into a new one for less money......More recently I told him what my budget was for a new car and before I knew it he had the deal done.....More important than the deals I know that if I ever had problem Stephen would be there to take care of it. It is possible (but unlikely) I could have found a better deal elsewhere, but to me what is more important is that Stephen understands my needs, he anticipates and he get the job done.
