My wife and I purchased our 2nd car from Crown (2010 MLK) and we won't buy anywhere else. Salesman Mike Antauer listened to our needs and put us in a vehicle that we didn't see as a possibility coming into our search. In addition to Mr. Antauer, Sales Manager Tom Sands took a personal interest in helping us through the purchasing process. Tom spent a lot of time getting to know us and worked with Mike to meet our expectations. He was quick to greet us and went above and beyond in stepping out of his busy schedule to insure that we were getting what we wanted. He clearly demonstrated that the customer is the priority to the entire Crown team. The personal approach, quick communication, and the no hassle, bottom line deal we received upfront are just a few of the reasons why we will buy from Crown again in the future.
