Shengquian Saguisi, service adviser at Crown Eurocars of Doublin, Ohio, has providing fantastic service to my car. Informed me which parts needed to be fixed and why in a prompt and clear way. He placed the message to my phone when service was completed. The whole process of picking up my car and return the loaner car was smooth and easy. This is, indeed, a high quality service department you can count on. The car being serviced, not only completed in time, but also vacuumed interior and washed exterior in a great details. I highly recommended to use Crown Mercedes's service department.
