by F550truck on 03/27/2015It is always a pleasure to get my truck serviced at All American Ford... Mike Keep up the good work!!Second time MUCH better than the first
by NYRdude on 02/17/2015I had previously leased a 2013 Focus and left feeling that I had to justify that the deal I wound up with made sense. After about a week, I had to stop kidding myself and realize that I had settled for a not so good transaction, which is… as much my fault as the salesman that put me in a deal I didn't really feel comfortable with. Fast forward to 6 months before the end of my lease. I get an e-mail with one of those really good offers that I anticipate is not what I'm actually going to walk away with, but the good news is that I called and was told I could get out of my current lease early. I decided to go see where I could end up. I go to see Joe D. and find him to be knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and extremely eager to listen to what I had to say before responding. I was at the dealership for a LONG time, but it didn't bother me at all because in the end, I got a new Fusion with a lot more/nicer features than the Focus I returned and for about $60 less per month and a higher mileage allotment for the lease. A good deal coupled with an excellent salesperson means I am more than willing to forget my undesirable first experience and head back once my new lease comes due. Speaking to the quality service I received from Joe, he is not even a full fledged salesperson as of yet. To the management that reads this: I would remedy that quickly. I was made to feel like my needs were met, rather than I was stuck with another salesperson looking to meet their quota. This employee exemplifies all the qualities that your dealership states it wants to demonstrate to its customers, and he should be given a fair shot at a larger role. I think you and, more importantly, your customers will see the benefits of such a move.DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!
by usa4ever on 03/29/2010The General Manager Jonathan Luz and the General Sales Manager Christopher Savino both equate buying a car and waiting 3 hours for finance to waiting on the deli counter line for a 1/4 pound of ham. My father worked out the deal with the… sales rep and needed to come back the next day as they were installing a back up camera. The sales rep called my dad the next day and said come on down so we can finalize the deal and you can sign the papers. After waiting for 1 hour 45 minutes my 70 year old father asked how much longer. THe sales rep said 10 more minutes. Well, 45 minutes later my father asked again how much longer. This is when Christopher Savino the "so called General Sales Manager" gave a nasty look to my daa, pounded his fist on the desk and said if you want an exact time I can not give you one...it is going to be at least 20 more minutes. When my dad asked if his 20 minutes would be 2 hours Christpoher rolled his eyes, turned his back, and walked away. This is when I heard Jonathan Luz the "so called General Manager" say walk away from the deal than. This was directed at my father so I had to say something. When I asked Jonathan if he is in business to sell cars or turn customers away, he asked me to leave and yelled to rip up the deal. I am glad he did this and he lost my fathers business and the other couple we were speaking with's business. When the young couple saw that my father was spoken to that way they also walked away from their deal. Both deals were for a brand new Ford Escape.confused and inept
by rocknreel on 08/13/2009I made a deal to buy a 2009 econoline, trading in an old one thru the "Clunkers" program. I was told my old van would qualify. My salesman then went on vacation, and had another person complete the deal. UH- OH! I tried calling the… cell of one of my "handlers", as they weren't answering the phones one busy day, and got his mom- he had left his phone home. When they called me in, the van had the wrong side window put in it and THAT set things back a couple of days to replace. And when I went in to sign the papers, I found out that they had neglected to follow up on the "clunkers" note on the original paperwork and were selling me the van without any $3500 discount! The new guy never saw the the note on the paperwork saying this was a "cash for clunkers" deal ("it was written too small.") It turned out that my old vehicle WASN'T eligible for the plan with the van I was buying, after all, though I was told it was. 10 days wasted because someone didn't see and follow up on the notes of the original salesman. They are nice, well-meaning people but have obvious communications problems. The LITTLE THINGS....
by foolmeonce1 on 03/30/2009I bought a 2006 Ford Explorer from these guys and here is my experience. When i went to pick the car up it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas. I had to ask the associate if he was seriously not going to give us a full tank...he was nice… enough to give us an extra half tank. The finance rate the salesmen quoted on the phone was 3/4 of a point lower than the actual rate. Of course we learned this as all the paperwork was in front of us (the change in price was negligible and we planned to pay off the car in 6 months). The air filter was NEVER replaced. The back turn lamps have both needed new bulbs. I needed to have the oil changed after 250 miles of driving. When I contacted them about this they said, that's not what our records show. Gee thanks but when you saw the oil and filter that came out of this car it was pretty obvious. I also when originally negotiated and test drove the car always check the tire to see how worn they are as tires for an Explorer are expensive. The day we came to pick it up as i was going over the car got rushed inside because the finance guy had time and did not have a chance to fully check the tires. After the oil and air filter i decided to give the car a full check and noticed the back tires a lot more worn then when i had seen the car on the lot, however with no picture i had no proof. My only advice go to another Ford dealer or really go get a Toyota or Honda.Very Good Experience
by bigal14 on 06/20/2008After having a terrible time at [violative content deleted],I had the exact opposite at Oasis. My wife, son & I visited Oasis after contacting their internet sales department. Within minutes of our request, Frank.the sales manager contacted… us and gave us a quote on two vehicles that fit our request. (by phone) When we arrived at the dealership,we were warmly greeted by Frank. Although we were interested in leasing an Edge, we noticed an Escape Hybrid just outside the door. When we expressed interest, we were assigned to salesman Frank Pedi He arranged for me to test drive the car. After the test drive,we told Frank P. that we were very interested in the vehicle. We were quoted a fair price, especially when considering there are very few all wheel drive Hybrids available. We then negotiated a fair price for my trade in and struck a deal. While this was going on , the car was prepped for delivery. In a matter of 90 minutes we were on our way home with our new vehicle. I have purchased many cars in my life but I can honestly say I never had a more pleasant experience buying a car. All the people we had contact with were professional and friendly. I highly recommend Oasis. They were the most friendly, forthright and professional people I have dealt with in quite a while !!!!Sales Department
by mm22 on 05/19/2008Oasis Ford Sales Department I was interested in buying a new car and went to several car dealerships. Although I ended up not buying from Oasis Ford in Oldbridge my salesman Chuck Boyle was the most professional and helpful out of all the… salesman i dealt with. He was very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs, and was able to reduce the price to what i found reasonable . If you are plan on buying a Ford, I recommended going to Oasis Ford and asking for Chuck Boyle. My only regret is not buying a car from him, i ended up buying a Honda Civic instead.Dont do business with them!!!
by kkowalik on 03/10/2008I made a deal for a lease at OASIS in 2004 that they referred as a smart buy. The deal was an unlimited mileage. Now 39 months later after I turned the car in, Chrysler sends me a bill to pay excess mileage. I asked for a copy of the… contract to see what they ware talking about it, and I noticed that someone crossed NONE in the mileage line and replaced with 12,000 forging my initials. I spoke to Chrysler and they stated that this is my problem. If you value your time and dont want have problems in the future stay away from Oasis car dealer!!!Fantastic as usual
by RolandoE on 03/14/2013updated 07/09/2025My experience with All American Ford was fantastic. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Frank was a total professional who assisted me in making the deal that I wanted for the price I wanted. I walked out of the dealer with the car I was… looking for in no time at all. I would highly recommend All American as this was my 4th vehicle purchased there and I plan to return for many more.the place to go
by kwb85 on 01/15/2014updated 07/09/2025When i was searching for my new Explorer i came across All American Ford's website and was impressed on how many vehicles they had in stock, When i finally made time to come in i was greeted by Pete and he helped my wife and I pick out the… exact vehicle we were looking for and made this whole experience the BEST one we have ever had, Thanks to Pete I will definitely recommend all American ford to my friends and family!AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS...
by fordcustomer12 on 11/26/2012updated 07/09/2025AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP even if they happen to have the car you want, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This place lives up to the typical car dealership/salesman mantra. These people are unprofessional, my wife and I were yelled at by… staff. We were forced to spend about 10 hours at the dealership. We were forced to return on two separate occasions as dealership did not accept a Certified Bank Check. We were overcharged for documentation and DMV fees and still had to pay to get the car inspected. The dealership delivered the car with scratched component without rear mats and the car was not washed. The dealership would not make any attempt to resolve any of the issues amicably. ***Befor you buy be sure to read all reviews on google by searching on Google using "All American Ford Of Old Bridge" and then clicking on "reviews" as you will see for yourself the many issues this dealership had in the past. I negotiated a price for an automobile weeks ahead of my first visit to the dealership due to distance. I spent weeks online and e-mails working with the internet sales team. I requested that paperwork be expedited prior to my arrival so it would limit my time spent at the dealership. I even got management approval for sale. No matter how much leg work I did the dealership would not accept a certified bank check because it wasn't written out the way the dealership wanted. 3.5 hours wasted at the dealership and 3 hour round trip. Why wouldn't anyone from the dealership inform me that they needed a certified check written a certain way PRIOR to my first visit? I had to return again on another day with a second certified bank check. The second visit took over 6.5 hours to finalize and another 3 hours round trip wasted. A deal that should have taken 1 hour at most to complete at this point... why? Mark P. (General Sales Manager) stated that he was upset with the lack of communication and that the wait time when I came back has been addressed with his staff and was a mistake on their part. Our salesperson disappeared and another salesman needed to step in to complete the transaction. I had to make my own phone calls to get insurance put on the car. I purchased other cars before where the dealership did all of the calling and legwork as a courtesy. While dealing with John D. (business manager) my wife and I requested he follow the instruction listed on his own paperwork and have a notary sign a document. He stated that their notary public left for the night and began to get very irate and started to yell and shout at me and my wife. He was very unprofessional and refused to follow DMV guidelines and have forms notarized as specified clearly on the forms. I remember thinking, what's the deal here? Two certified bank checks later, is my money no good? What is the reason for the games and the yelling? At this point I was ready to walk out but the transaction was already in progress, car is insured and keys in my hand. What to do? Easier to just finish everything and leave the dealership never to return again. The next day, I decided I better check under the car to see if there is any damage since the car purchased is a low riding sports car and was on display on front curb at the dealership. Yup, sure enough the chin spoiler is all scratched on the underside due to curb scrapes. Additionally, I discover that they never washed my car as there was still blades of grass and mud on the rocker panel and in the joint of the chin splitter from being parked on the front curb and grassy area. I had to get my car washed. I also discovered that I only received front floor mats without getting any rear mats. A couple of weeks later I receive my plates in the mail to find that no one at the dealership informed me that I will need to pay for inspection to get done. I paid $282 in fees to the so all paperwork will be covered/handled by the dealership but the car still had no inspection sticker? Greg P. (sales manager) tells me that he is sure that someone from the dealership knew that I was driving off the lot without inspection on the car but could not explain why no one informed me of this. I ended up needing to pay additional money to get the car inspected after already paying a hefty $282 to the dealership. I purchased many vehicles and never had to deal with this many problems/issues in a single transaction. Folks I have dealt with the salespeople and several members on the management team about every single concern mentioned and was consistently ignored. Mark P. was the only manager that seemed to be forthright and attempted to try and resolve the complaints here on dealerrater but was quickly cut off by Chris S. (general Manager). Chris S. seemed to only be concerned with placing blame back on the customer and deflecting the accountability away from his dealership. Chris S. was silent in addressing my concern over his staff yelling and acting in an unprofessional manor. His silence in itself speaks volume. Most importantly, I offered an amicable way to resolve my concerns several times here on Dealerrater but the dealership would much rather me post this review than actually resolve anything. It is for the above reasons I can say from experience that this is not a class A - B - C or D dealership. Not in service, delivery, overall experience or friendliness. If I could give them an even worse grade than an *F*...I would! There is absolutely no way that I can recommend this dealership in any way to a friend or family member, let alone a stranger. All American Ford of Old Bridge refused to resolve any/all of the issues raised here despite my offer for an amicable resolution. I would never buy another car from All American of Old Bridge DBA Able Ford. The dealership has expressed thier willingness to work towards an amicable resolution.
good experience
by fffan on 04/08/2013updated 07/09/2025The buying process went much smoother than I expected. I was able to resolve pricing issues quickly to my satisfaction. There was no hard sales pressure on extra options and add-ons that I didn't want. All American Ford Old Bridge NJ
by giants66 on 03/15/2014updated 07/09/2025Working with Jamie T. and the folks at All American was an excellent experience. Throughout the whole process - 3 hours - there was no pressure to purchase/lease. Jamie and the AA team worked with me to reach a fair agreement for me to… lease a new 2014 Explorer. I intend to work with Jamie when the lease is up. I highly recommend All American Ford @ Old Bridge.amazing purchase experience
by mhluv92 on 02/05/2013updated 07/09/2025My salesperson Mr. Joe R. was very helpful and made me feel comfortable since I was about to spend a lot of hard earned money. This was my first experience ordering a vehicle and I felt Joe was very honest and helpful with all the info I… needed. I have to say it was worth the wait, I think All American Ford hit a homerun with hiring Joe. My truck is all what I thought it would be and more! Dealing with Joe was a pleasure compared to the horror I experienced dealing with other dealerships in the past.Excellent Service!
by Letysal on 06/03/2014updated 07/09/2025All issues where addressed. Two recalls, oil change, tire rotation, 100 pt inspection done within time frame given. My car was washed as well!!! Excellent service!!!Sweet Taste
by ronaldsr on 03/12/2013updated 07/09/2025My wife and I, received the very highest quality of service from Frank, Joe, Dan and Thomas with the way the handled our return lease and their service in helping us to select another vehicle of our choice. They were very expedient in doing… all of this in under 2 and half hours. I have been involve with return leases and trying to get another vehicle and we have never been able to do the same with the this kind of results. Each person took the time to make sure we were comfortable in all aspects of the process. They took the complexity out of the whole thing. We came in with certain hopes of not getting frustrated and tied from the process. We can most certainly say that they went above and beyond and left us with a sweet taste in our heart. By the way a great vehicle and deal. Without any thought we will recommend the dealership and these employees to our family and friendsGreat experience
by A_Rose on 04/23/2014updated 07/09/2025Joe P and Joe G were so helpful. They found exactly what I was looking for and made the whole experience a great one. I highly recommend them!Quick and easy!
by PPatel22 on 09/28/2012updated 07/09/2025Usually when I walk into a car dealership, I'm greeted by blank stares and turned backs. But when I stepped foot in the door of All American Steven K. introduced himself to me directly and started helping me right away. From that point on… my experience was nothing but simple and easy. Michael in the finance department was a dream, he fixed us up with a maintenance plan and we were out within half an hour! And now I have my fusion parked safely in my driveway. Thanks!Disorganized and Abusive
by OverKnight on 10/10/2013updated 07/09/2025I put down a credit card deposit of $500.00 on a 2013 Ford Fusion on a Saturday; this deposit was to hold the car until Monday. I decided I did not want to purchase this car, and called All-American Ford Monday morning to inform them. I… asked them to immediately refund the deposit, which they agreed to do. I checked my credit card account on Wednesday, which showed the $500.00 charge on Saturday, but no refund. I called All-American Ford, asked to speak with a sales manager, and was connected to Joe P. who said he would check on this for me. He called back about 1/2 hour later and asked for my credit card number. He could not explain why they had my credit card information to change me $500.00, but not to issue a refund, nor why no one called me back on Monday for this information when they were supposed to issue the refund. He told me that refunds can take up to 48 hours to show on my statement. I checked my credit card on Friday, 48 hours later, and the refund was still not showing. I called Joe P. again and told him the refund still wasn't showing up on my statement. He was now quite rude, frequently interrupting me, saying that he told me if takes 48 hour, and that since he had already told me that, why was I hassling him about this. Sorry, Joe, it's my $500.00 that All-American had use of for three additional days (its interesting that the credit card charge goes through immediately, but a refund takes two days ). I'll bet if it was your $500.00, you'd be all over the dealer to get it resolved. Joe, I'm a potential customer; All-American Ford messed-up, and instead of apologizing for this, you accuse me of hassling you??? I may still buy a Ford Fusion, but it definitely will not be from All-American Ford.I have had things refunded by alot of places and it takes sometimes a week. Its not them, its how it always works , its the credit card company that, takes forever.
The Best!!!!
by jennifer62 on 01/15/2014updated 07/09/2025I have gotten 2 cars at AAF.I just got my 3rd yesterday. Bob R. gives me the best deals, he has never let me down. I got more for my trade in then the book value!!! I go out of my way to go there .They really go out of their way to make me… happy. If you go, you wont find a better place to buy or lease a car. I have done both.My 2012 Escape
by MBSolarpro on 03/14/2013updated 07/09/2025Back in June 2012 I purchased a ford escape from All American ford. Since then I've serviced my car there a couple times. One thing i can say is, they followed up with me to make sure I was happy every step of the way, from the time of… purchase to even the maintenance of my escape. Every time i leave i have a smile on my face out the door. Cant recommend All American high enough.
