    Extremely easy to deal with. This is my 4th vehicle from Joe Germino in 3 years. No hard sell tactics. Honest, up front sales method, great product knowledge and great prices. Totally hassle free. Will absolutely be back when this lease is up.

    All American Ford had 3 Raptor on ebay for sale.I wanted to purchase one and never got a response from my bid.So I called the number in the ad which did not work.Then I found another number called,was told the trucks are not there.I stated they had listed them with vin. numbers and a price but was told again they did not have the trucks.They stated the trucks were going to a customizing shop and when they get back they will be higher in price. Always a Story---

    SALES: I was looking for a particular vehicle with specific options. Mr. K. was extremely helpful in locating a vehicle for me. Mr. K. located one which was better equipped in my price range. He listened to my needs without being pushy. Mr. K. provided all the information I asked for and then some. The normal paperwork hassle was a breeze with him. Appointments were made to suit my demanding schedule and I was never left waiting or standing around. The Dodge truck, that was purchased, is exactly what I wanted and more. I would certainly recommend Mr. K. to anyone who is looking for a very polite no hassle vehicle salesman. Mr. K. is very friendly and courteous, a true pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him on my next purchase. FINANCING: All American’s Financing did an outstanding job locating an affordable loan for me. I had not bought anything on time on over 9 years so it was a huge challenge for them to get this completed.     I have been coming to this dealership for many years, and I always get treated right. Frank was informative, helpful, and did everything he could to get me the deal I wanted. Dayna was knowledgeable, and assisted me with understanding all of the new features in my vehicle. These two are an important asset to the dealership, and I thank them for their professionalism.

    I went to AA ford in Oldbridge, nj. We went to look at The Ford Fusions. My salesman, Bob R. was the best. We drove away that day with a brand new car that I adore. Bob was so helpful and really cared about all my needs in A car. He was far from pushy and talked us through the whole procedure with so much knowledge.and A smile. I would tell anyone to go, see Bob, i got the best deal!!

    This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Joe Pedi. Unlike some of the other cars I purchased from other dealers my experience was exceptional do to Joe. I didn’t have to spend the whole day wasting my time like I have in the past with other dealers. They let me test drive the vehicle, they had the options I wanted and Joe made the entire process fun, quick and at a price I know was a Market leader which I have come to expect from All American Ford. Guys, job well done. I will be seeing you again in a few years.

    I have been a Ford and Lincoln owner for over 15 years always satisfied with service and purchases of numerous cars. I prefer to spend a little bit more on my repair or maintenance of my vehicles than to take it local mechanic. I feel that experience with a brand of automobile makes you a better mechanic and this helps resolve issues that may come-up when diagnosing a car. My family and I own three Fords and two Lincolns all serviced at All American Ford of Old Bridge. Excellent diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work and with the above board lounge/waiting area has Wi-Fi ,complementary; donuts, coffee, tea, water, and even a gym for a quick workout they don't stop impressing me. Pricing is high yet it worth it for the quality of performance of the technicians. Look out for the coupons they offer or ask the Service Manager their always a great help when cost are elevated.

    I can't say one bad word about my experience. I went through the Internet Unit and it was a completely stress free, painless experience. In fact, it was a delight. Never a hassle! Samantha of the Internet Unit, Salesman Peter T., and Sales Manager Ramy worked over and beyond to make me a happy, satisfied customer. I bought a Ford Escape for my wife and we are both very happy. Great deal, great service = one happy customer!

    Just bought a new 2013 Ford Explorer XL from All American today. Joe G. was my sales rep and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I didn't feel pressured at all, Joe answered all my questions timely and honestly. Not one complaint about my experience with both this dealership and sales rep.     I made an offer on a 2014 Explorer, and they got right back to me coming very close to the offer. My wife and I went to the dealership which is not close to our house. We test drove the vehicle, took care of the paperwork and we were out in about two hours. They were very straight forward and made it a pleasure to deal with them.

    My wife had been driving an 07 Edge that we bought new, and it was giving her some braking issues.(It needed new pads and rotors). We bought it in for service yesterday and 4 hours later we walked out with a 2013 Edge. We've had some financial issues in the past and our salesman, Joe G. and finance guy Joe P.; never once made us feel uncomfortable. As a matter of fact, they both went out of their way to help us determine what program made the best sense for our family. This is our 3rd vehicle purchased from All American. We continue going back for the customer service and the sales department. We've had a couple of issues and every time Rachel C. goes above and beyond to help us out. We cannot stress enough how happy we are to have the team at All American help us in any way possible. We've bought many, many cars in out lifetimes and not once have we done it in such a carefree manner as when we've gone to All American. We highly recommend them.

    As the title states the car that I picked up end of June was damaged. Although this is the fleet car there is no excuse of hiding the damage. The day I came to pick the car it was parked backwards, I parked next to it moved all my tools and other belongings to the new car, left the keys and went to work. The next day morning I noticed the front bumper looked dull and not like the rest of the car. Upon closer inspection it clearly looked like the front bumper was repainted (which would explain why I was waiting for this car almost 3 month when I was told initially 6-8weeks), mechanicaly looked ok which tells me some scratches during transportation. Sent few emails to the lady that I initially picked the car from, she asked me to come by so they could asses the damage. One of the representatives looked over the car and asked what was wrong, when I showed him the repained bumper he wasn't to concerened and said this things happen during the transportation, took a note of the VIN number and said he will call me the next day. This was the last time I heard from them. Advise to everyone, before you sign your name under the doted line make sure you see the car in person and you're happy with what you see. Since this is my work car I'm not too concern about it and the fleet don't want to push the issue further. But if this was the car I paid for with my own money, that would be a different story. Still does not excuse the dealer to cover up, but I'll bet this not the first time. Unfortunately poor customer satisfaction.

    Went in to get my oil change and this quick lane they have is amazing. I was in and out with my service in under 20 minutes. Great dealer, great service.

    We loved the way we were treated. The sales managers, Frank and Joe P are great guys. Our salesman Pete was awesome, and the young lady that helped us with our Sync system was a sweet person. We felt like family and left very happy with the deal. Thank you.

    Be leery of working with All American Ford. They utilize "old school" car dealership tactics of aggressiveness, multiple negotiators, and "bait and switch." They made a written offer for my trade-in and when I tried to execute the deal they reduced the trade-in by $1,000. Calls to their management went unreturned even after they sent me an email thanking me and ensuring a positive customer experience. Needless to say I did not conduct business with them because they cannot be trusted. They are a "throw back" to the days when customers did not have a social media voice.
