    My 535xi has been a nightmare from the day i bought it. The engine has gone though at least 5 fuel pumps and as many injectors. Getting service times is not easy.The car has been in the shop 5 times in the last 4 weeks.I dropped it off for… a broken seat, I called in advance for a mid size loaner car. After waiting about an hour i was placed in a Fiat 500. Upon pick up i made one adjustment to the seat it immediately broke. I called again with the same request,a mid sizes car, which i reaffirmed at time of drop off, only to be placed into a Ford Fiesta. Again i picked the car up, adjusted the seat, only to have it break again. This continued 4 times.It hard to believe a dealership which does a 32 point check on all cars serviced can not check the simple reason it being serviced. Habberstad of Bayshore's service seemed better when they first opened but become the worst i've ever encountered. This is my 4th BMW. With such strong brand loyalty one would think they should be accommodating. They are not. Thankfully the car is a lease. It terminates in January. I do not think i would lease another BMW. If i do it will not be with this dealership.

    Very profeesional sales dept. I dealt with Vidal Assoon at the Bayshore store. he was incredibly helpful and probably the best car salesperson I ever dealt with

    I visited several dealerships but Paul S., the sales advisor at BMW Bayshore, was the only one to listen to what I really wanted and to work with me. It was his time and effort in doing some basic research on availability that led to my… purchase at BMW Bayshore. As a result I was able to get the exact model, color and option package that I wanted and that suited my needs. Paul kept me updated on the process from the time that the vehicle was being built to when it was delivered. At delivery Ian, the business manager, did an excellent job of handling the paperwork. Again, a great experience overall.

    I've owner BMWs for many years and recently brought my daughter's X3 in for service. Although it was out of it's initial warranty, the CPO warranty covered all the charges I had (aside from the $50 deduct & $24 for tire plug). My only quip… would be the loaner car, which was a VW Jetta. I know this is not BayShore BMW's issue, but when you drive a BMW, you'd like to get a BMW loaner. But once again, it does not tarnish my experience w/the dealer in any way.

    My sales person was Paul S. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns i had he was able to answer. Never once did i feel that he didn't want my business. I never felt i was being pitched a sale instead felt like i… was talking to a friend who was giving me advice on a major purchase im about to make. I told him what i was looking for and was able to narrow everything down. Went over A - Z with me to make sure i knew everything i needed to know. There was never any communication wait time. The vehicles he showed me were beautiful. The service department is amazing and the professionalism maintained by Paul and the other staff there was excellent. Definatley i would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking into getting a BMW to go see Paul not just for a deal of a life time but for everything on how a car sale should go.

    Robert P. made my purchase of a fourth BMW completely effortless. I encountered nothing but sheer professionalism from Mr. P. and will gladly utilize his services for future car purchases. Mr. P. was clear, concise and worked with integrity… to satisfy my request for a new vehicle. Stellar salesman to the nth degree! I was going to purchase another car from Hassell in Freeport but they were absolutely horrible and dismissed me when I visited their showroom. They appeared to possess a sense of entitlement. I am a lifelong customer of BMW vehicles but would NEVER use Hassell in Freeport ever again. Habberstadt in Bayshore is the dealer for me!

    I had an ongoing issue with my heater which they were finally able to fix. I had gone back to the service center four times within a month to resolve the issue. George my service consultant was very receptive to the fact that I was not… satisfied with the work previously done. During my last visit George was able to secure me a loaner, kept me informed of the work progress, and came through with his promises. I commend him on that and will continue to go to Habberstad BMW for my services.

    I took delivery of a Certified X5 in December. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I thought I scratched my car during one of our many blizzards.I took it to the dealer and told them to please fix it before my… wife kills me.They took my car in the shop and 5 minutes later the scratch was gone. Apparently it was on the surface and would not need to be painted. Lifesavers....

    Saul B. was my savior. I lost both my cars during Hurricane Sandy. Saul worked extremely fast and efficient to have a car ready for me ASAP. He is very responsive and thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience.

    I would like to acknowledge Greg Cola for great service, friendliness, expertise and knowledge of the BMW automobiles. He was one of the main reasons why I purchased my vehicle from Habberstad of Bayshore. I felt like I was dealing with a… true friend. Also, I want to acknowledge Anthony Natale for his concern and quick actions to resolve the buffing marks on the trunk lid the day of pick up. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Habberstad of Bayshore to anyone looking to buy a BMW. Thank you, Greg & Anthony!

    I purchased 3 cars after the hurricane & Robert P. was the best salesmen I have dealt with . He made purchasing of all 3 cars real easy.My home was flooded & i lost all 3 cars & he made everything real easy.

    Service advisor Chris P. is a 5 star person. He gave me an honest estimate of time required and met the committment turning my car around faster than his estimate. This dealership has been very straight up with me, and I really appreciate… that - this is my 3rd BMW so I have experienced both the good and the bad - BMW of Bayshore Service is the best!

    Before writing this review I have waited four days for the dealership to contact me in regard to my issue. After leaving a message with the Service department as well as emailing customer service, I have not received any follow up. At the… last service repair I had for my car I planned to use the "savings card" which was mailed and emailed to me from the dealership. The card allows for 15% discount on the total amount of any service repairs. At the time of pickup and payment I asked the cashier whether the 15% was deducted from the bill. She replied yes. I paid the bill and then I received a receipt. After reviewing the receipt I realized that the 15% was not deducted. I went back and asked the cashier about the mistake. She stated that she thought the $50 amount on the bill was the 15% deduction(which it was not). She then called the service person who was working on my car. He agreed that the 15% was supposed to be deducted. He then said he could not refund the amount because the transaction had already went through. I asked him to cancel that transaction and re-do it for the correct amount. He stated it could not be done. He offered an item from the gift shop or a credit for a future service. I declined and stated that I wanted a refund. He adamantly stated there was nothing that could be done to refund the money. I also asked for the refund to be mailed once they were able to figure out how to conduct a refund. I was told that could not happen. When I stated that it was completely unreasonable that they could not do a refund or simply cancel the transaction and re-do it, the service person went to speak to someone else. He then returned and told me that, I would have to return home(30 min away from dealership) and bring the physical card back in order to be able to receive a refund. I had the card available for viewing on my phone via an email the dealership had sent to me just four days before. He refused to use that. At that point I left the dealership, as I felt it was ridiculous to continue since I was getting no where. Upon leaving I immediately called the service dept. and left a message asking the service manager to contact me and I also emailed customer service. I have not received a response to date. I am terribly dissatisfied at the service and the dealerhip's refusal to honor their own certificate which they issued to me. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth for this dealership. As a customer, they should appreciate my business and when they make a mistake, work to correct it. Even after acknowledging that the discount applied and should have been deducted they failed to refund the money. I did plan to purchase another vehicle from Habberstad, as I WAS pleased with their service and considered them to be a quality dealership. Unfortunately, when I am ready to upgrade my car to a newer vehicle, it will NOT be with this dealership. I have a choice where to spend my money, and I will spend it with businesses who honor their word and advertisements and who make customer satisfaction as a priority. In my last experience with Habberstad Bayshore, they did not do either of the above. I also will not suggest their dealership to my many colleagues. Habberstad of Bayshore = Total Disappointment!

    The service at BMW Bay Shore is exceptional and I really like going when needed, but be prepared, they are not affraid to bill you. Is it worth it?? Yes, they are fast, cordial and accommodating.

    Took my car in for service on two things...a slight misfire on the acceleration and my ipod doesnt sink with the car... they said i needed to flush my fuel system and changed the spark plugs for 940 ...i said forget it ...fixed that problem… with a 3 dollar bottle of fuel injectior cleaner.. the ipod i need a cable from them to make my ipod sink...it was 99 bucks....25 on amazon btw. but when i got my car back...someone from habberstad had stolen my ipod from the car... at first i wasnt mad...it happens... oh well...but i learned from a friend it happened to his friend also from the same service center...ill be taking my car else where now.

    I have had some pretty terrible experiences at car dealerships. Rob Pelligrino & UB made a difference in the way I feel about buying a car. They were super helpful and trustworthy. When I picked my car up, everything was ready for me... I… didn't have to wait. Frank explained how to use everything thoroughly. He truly is "the professor of BMW". THank you for such a wonderful experience.

    I just purchased a 2011 550xi GT with 20k miles and brought it in for Dinan Stage 2, NYS inspection and a general look over. Everything went very well. Keith in parts did a great job educating me on Dinan ST2 and then handed me off to Rick.… Rick made sure that the service foreman looked over my car and we were able to address some other issues. I replaced the front tires because they were the wrong size and BMW took care of a few items that were covered under the normal maintenance/service warranty. To my surprise, the dealership's price for the tire replacement was very competitive. Since taking my car home, I have had follow up from Keith in parts, Rick in service and a customer service person to see if everything is okay. Wow!
