My sales person was Paul S. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns i had he was able to answer. Never once did i feel that he didn't want my business. I never felt i was being pitched a sale instead felt like i was talking to a friend who was giving me advice on a major purchase im about to make. I told him what i was looking for and was able to narrow everything down. Went over A - Z with me to make sure i knew everything i needed to know. There was never any communication wait time. The vehicles he showed me were beautiful. The service department is amazing and the professionalism maintained by Paul and the other staff there was excellent. Definatley i would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone looking into getting a BMW to go see Paul not just for a deal of a life time but for everything on how a car sale should go.
