Service advisor Chris P. is a 5 star person. He gave me an honest estimate of time required and met the committment turning my car around faster than his estimate. This dealership has been very straight up with me, and I really appreciate that - this is my 3rd BMW so I have experienced both the good and the bad - BMW of Bayshore Service is the best!
