Iām hard to please and like to push the limits on what I can get. Im not cheap but like to stretch my dollars if you know what I mean.
The sales person Paul in Habberstad Of Bayshore really made me feel comfortable in my purchase process.ā¦ Very knowledgeable and just a nice guy, he walked me through the process with a few laughs along the way.
Highly recommended that you ask for him.

As soon as I entered the dealership I was approached by Client Advisor Frank Cortale. As soon as I met Frank I could tell this was going to be aā¦ good expereince. Frank is one of those truly genuine, honest, down-to-earth guys that immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I test drove the BMW 5 series and instantly fell in love... what a great car! I told Frank that I wanted to shop around and that I would be back. Frank followed up with me over the next few weeks with e-mails but never did I feel preasured to buy. After looking at Audi and Lexus I decided to go with the BMW. I could have went to any other BMW Dealership but it was because of Frank that I went back to Habberstad. When I picked up my new car Frank took his time and spent close to two hours showing me the car and even took me for another test run so I felt comfortable with everything that the 5 series had to offer. To say that Frank is an asset to that dealership is an understatement. You don't meet people like Frank everyday at car dealerships and because of his service, honesty and overall genuine concern for his customers, Frank has a customer for life. If you are in the market for a BMW go to Habberstad in Bay Shore and ask for Frank Cortale. Believe me, this guy is one of the best!John Q says

Vidal and Mike assisted me in choosing the vehicle that was best suited for me and were knowledgeable in all aspects of the car buyingā¦ experience. It was a very smooth process and enjoyable to be a part of. They certainly made me feel at home and in no way pressured me into any choice I made. I look forward to working with them in the future. I had been to a handful of other places that day and was more than disappointed with their customer service. As I was walking around, one of your sales associatesā¦ approached me with a giant smile and a warm greeting. It was the first smile I had seen all day. His name was Paul S. I was impressed with his knowledge of the car. He spoke to me as a person not as just another sale. He was really personable and genuinely concerned about finding the right fit for me. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought I would make an exception. As a shop supervisor, I know how important good customer service is. It can make or break a sale. Leave it to say that there was some confusion with another salesperson, but Chris did the right thing and followed upā¦ with me, personally, on several occasions, and spend time with me going 'above and beyond'. We really enjoyed working with our sales rep. Frank C. He was very nice and helpful andā¦ really exceeded all of our expectations. We love our new car and think Frank was a great sales advisor because he was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions. He was also not pushy which I find to be a turn off in sales people as I was one myself at one point. He was more focused on providing excellent customer service, which made us feel very comfortable purchasing this beautiful car from him.Buying experience
