I visited several dealerships but Paul S., the sales advisor at BMW Bayshore, was the only one to listen to what I really wanted and to work with me. It was his time and effort in doing some basic research on availability that led to my purchase at BMW Bayshore. As a result I was able to get the exact model, color and option package that I wanted and that suited my needs. Paul kept me updated on the process from the time that the vehicle was being built to when it was delivered. At delivery Ian, the business manager, did an excellent job of handling the paperwork. Again, a great experience overall.
