Run and never look back
by Very Unhappt on 12/12/2023RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!! Terrible experience that resulted in me having to pay $140 for an Uber, $34 for bus tickets for my wife and 5 year old son and miss a day of work because I mistakenly thought this sham of a business was actually… run in a competent manner. A shameful case of gross negligence, ineptness and failed communication that impacted the lives and wellbeing of my wife, my 5 year old son and yours truly. I spoke to someone and made an appointment days before and let them know what service package I would like. Apparently, when you take your car in to be serviced and the man who hands you a ticket responds to you asking three times, "We're good?" in addition to "Do I need to do anything else?" with "No," you are supposed to ignore what he says and go inside anyway to talk to someone inside the dealership. Brought my car in on Saturday, they were closed on Sunday and when I went there on Monday, they never even worked on my car. I will never again step foot in this pit of incompetence and recommend you do the same. Shame on you all.Great maintenance service

by Bpalms on 08/29/2023I purchased my Forester at Paul Miller Honda and when I needed service I made an appointment with them 5 days in advance as required. They made no mention of not servicing a Subaru. When I arrived I was told they did not service Subaru… cars and I had to go to Paul Miller Subaru. No explanation of why I was not told this when I called even though my appointment reminder stated the work was for a Subaru. When I purchased the extended warranty from Honda I was told I had to come to them to avoid paying the deductible but since they would not service the car I was basically stranded. So I had them call Subaru and transfer my appointment. When I got there, there was uncertainty since I was a walk in on their busiest day. But Erin came to my rescue. She got me in, got my car fixed, and charged to my extended warranty. She also was nice enough to waive the fees given what I had been through and told me to just come to Paul Miller Subaru in the future. When Justin worked on my car he provided a video to show exactly what was wrong and how it would be fixed. This is protocol at Paul Miller Subaru and I appreciate it because it establishes trust and confidence that your car is being fixed and you know exactly where the problem is. And you always have the video should you need to refer to it in the future. The also looked at other areas and have recommendations for the future as I have just reached 60k miles. No pressure to get anything else done then and there but did recommend to do it fairly soon. Erin answered all of my questions patiently as I was a bit of a nervous nelly as this was the first time anything had gone wrong with my car. Paul Miller Subaru waiting area is clean and comfortable and they offer a few complements while you wait such a coffee, tea, water, and chips. I was there 4hrs which was understandable since I was a walk in. They also have loaner cars if yours needs an overnight. I was in at 10:30am and on my way home around 2:30pm. It's been a week now and no issues. This is one dealership that fully deserves and high ratings they receive. Thank you to all the superwomen and supermen at Paul Miller Subaru.We're sorry to learn about the initial confusion, but we're glad that Erin and Justin were able to assist you here at Paul Miller Subaru. Almost repaired my Subaru
by LD on 08/26/2023Took my Subaru Outback to Paul Miller Service in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ to get an oil leak fixed (4th time back there for the same issue) and a parking brake warning light issue resolved. I dropped off the car and took a loaner car home.… Two weeks and a day later I received a text saying I could pick up my car. Upon arrival I found that the parking brake warning light issue was satisfactorily repaired but the oil leak was not resolved. I was told that locating the oil leak was difficult to find and they didn't have enough time to locate it because they were busy and short staffed. So I was to pick up the car and continue driving it. Sadly, my driveway has had no problem finding the cars oil leak. In fact, my driveway finds the oil leak every time I park the car. The engine/transmission consistently makes a new oil spot or continues to add the now old oil soaked area of my driveway where I park. I have to say the Paul Miller service advisor Steve F. was excellent. Steve was attentive and kept me informed as to my cars repair status. Steve also located a loaner for me when I dropped off my car. That is a big deal because although I visited Paul Miller service the prior week they were out of loaner cars at that time so I had to reschedule another visit for service and with loaner car for the next week. When I arrived the following week I was told my scheduled visit could not be located in the computer. So yes I'm grateful that Steve F. the service advisor was able to locate a loaner car for me.Steady Eddie - er, Paul

A Job Well Done

I was welcomed by a gentleman who was very friendly and had a great sense of humor so early in the morning. He directed me into the service department… where I was greeted by Frank who was very pleasant and had me checked in quickly. Directed me to the waiting area recommended the hot chocolate and asked me to have a seat and would let me know when I was ready to go. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience and everyone is so friendly that I’m very happy to be part of the Paul Miller Subaru family. Alivia was super sweet and patiently helped in the beginning of the process. Then I worked with Harold… once the car was available. There were some personal challenges that I went through during the time of buying the car. They were super understanding and caring. Knowing that the car buying process was going smoothly - made life easier. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!Outstanding experience

We were soon directed to the manager Jim Scott who is known for his exceptional service and care… of customers. He placed us in the very capable hands of salesman Jim Metzger and together we found and purchased the perfect vehicle! Jim took the time to go over all of the special features with me, I was even encouraged to drive my new SUV for a few weeks and welcomed to come back with any questions on the truck, safety features and the many apps.Best Service Department

Courteous, knowledgeable, fast and no sales pitch to get something you do not need. They always have other options. And the free car… wash is a bonus!!!!Great Customer Service!

Dashawn was helpful, knowledgeable, easygoing and made the whole process easy despite being late in the evening… and being constantly interrupted by my toddlers. Tried to do some bait and switch math (taking my VIP discount off of a lower dealer price and applying to a higher MSRP and then trying to… justify it). Not what i expected as i had previously purchased an Outback from Paul Miller and my wife purchased a Porche Cayenne from Paul Miller Porche
