Dealership Service Review
RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!! Terrible experience that resulted in me having to pay $140 for an Uber, $34 for bus tickets for my wife and 5 year old son and miss a day of work because I mistakenly thought this sham of a business was actually run in a competent manner. A shameful case of gross negligence, ineptness and failed communication that impacted the lives and wellbeing of my wife, my 5 year old son and yours truly. I spoke to someone and made an appointment days before and let them know what service package I would like. Apparently, when you take your car in to be serviced and the man who hands you a ticket responds to you asking three times, "We're good?" in addition to "Do I need to do anything else?" with "No," you are supposed to ignore what he says and go inside anyway to talk to someone inside the dealership. Brought my car in on Saturday, they were closed on Sunday and when I went there on Monday, they never even worked on my car. I will never again step foot in this pit of incompetence and recommend you do the same. Shame on you all.
