Paul Miller Subaru
Dealership Service Review
Took my Subaru Outback to Paul Miller Service in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ to get an oil leak fixed (4th time back there for the same issue) and a parking brake warning light issue resolved. I dropped off the car and took a loaner car home. Two weeks and a day later I received a text saying I could pick up my car. Upon arrival I found that the parking brake warning light issue was satisfactorily repaired but the oil leak was not resolved. I was told that locating the oil leak was difficult to find and they didn't have enough time to locate it because they were busy and short staffed. So I was to pick up the car and continue driving it. Sadly, my driveway has had no problem finding the cars oil leak. In fact, my driveway finds the oil leak every time I park the car. The engine/transmission consistently makes a new oil spot or continues to add the now old oil soaked area of my driveway where I park. I have to say the Paul Miller service advisor Steve F. was excellent. Steve was attentive and kept me informed as to my cars repair status. Steve also located a loaner for me when I dropped off my car. That is a big deal because although I visited Paul Miller service the prior week they were out of loaner cars at that time so I had to reschedule another visit for service and with loaner car for the next week. When I arrived the following week I was told my scheduled visit could not be located in the computer. So yes I'm grateful that Steve F. the service advisor was able to locate a loaner car for me.
