Very Thorough Service

onMy service was Frank. I like that he was thorough in explaining the recommended services to me and he was patient in answering my additional questions as I was back and forth to the desk 4 times. He explained the charges and and parts used and gave examples. As well as explained future recommendations based on car milage. This is the type of service that gets my trust. My only complaint is that they raised the price of the basic oil change/ tire rotation etc service by 100 dollars so they are now 2.5 times higher than Firestone where I was taking my car. I will have to rethink where I get my basic service which I get every 6 months
