The moment I enter this dealership I feel more comfortable, relax and no pressure at all. All I did is test drive the 2013 Pilot and right after we agreed with… price but need to be discussed with my wife..My sales consultant was Paul P. and he is very knowledgeable, honest and very friendly...after a week I decided to purchase the vehicle and went very smooth, even when the time to sign all the paper work from the finance dept..yes they offer me all the options (e.g. extended warranty) and decided not to purchase anything and still they never force me or feel uncomfortable during the process. This is my advise to people who is car shopping rightnow just come and visit this dealership and you will never regret it. by typhlosions on 10/06/2013updated 05/09/2025I recently went to DCH Academy Honda to trade in my college car and purchase a new vehicle through the Costco Auto Program. This being my first car buying experience I was expecting a lot of complications but many of them were my own fault… (having to be removed from my parent's insurance, not taking into account banks closing early on the weekend), but my salesman David M was very patient with me. While the Costco discount wasn't as much as I was expecting I still was able to find a car I love for a reasonable enough price. The only real negatives I can give are just that the dealership itself is very cramped so having to do a test drive even in the parking lot is terrifying. Also that the man in charge of finalizing the deal was extremely condescending, impatient, and pushy with trying to sell certain add-ons. I know that is probably true at many dealerships but it doesn't make it any easier. Overall I'd definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda in the future. Just be sure to have all your ducks in a row before you go, bring a friend to help you, and be careful in that teeny tiny parking lot. My sales rep was Akram A. and he made me feel like I was dealing with an old best friend. He was friendly, cordial, very patient and accomodating when it came to… negotiating competitive fees. Not ONCE did he pressure me. He made the whole experience very enjoyable, even thought the whole process took a while, in which I totally understand. Negotiated and bought the car on Friday....Saturday afternoon I was driving home in my new car. Now that's service. And when I picked up the car on sat, Akram was busy with a customer and a big thanks to his very friendly and enjoyable colleague who took the time to show us the features in the car. Oh and a really big thanks to Megan B. who I started out getting quotes from. Already recommended our bank teller who's looking for a Honda to go see Akram A. at DCH Academy Honda to get a lifetime of a deal. Akram also offered me 2 free oil changes too. He'll say he is a excellent employee. I would definitely recommend his to my friends and will buy my… next SUV from him. Also,Jennifer C., a Internet Sales Agent, She did very good job as well. The whole process was very smooth. I got the new Honda CR-V in the color I wanted… and within the price range I was looking for. Ryan H., the sales consultant who helped me is a true professional. Ryan provided great service, answered all my questions very patiently, worked out a great deal for me and made sure that I walk out completely satisfied. When I was picking up my new car, he even helped me to move my stuff from old car to new car and that too in a very cold weather, Thanks Ryan ! So anyone who is looking to by a car in the tri-state area, check this dealership first, they will save you lot of time & money!Amazing Experience

There are numerous Honda dealerships that are just minutes from my house, but after researching… customer reviews and the lowest prices, everywhere pointed to DCH Academy Honda and the drive was well worth it. No wonder this place has the best reviews out of any Honda dealership in the area, it shows! DCH Academy Honda was my first stop during my car hunt. I was initially planning to shop around at other dealerships before making a decision, but their service and prices quickly made me realize that wasn't going to be necessary, I signed papers for my 2014 Accord on that first visit. It'd be silly to do business with any other Honda dealership. The atmosphere was extremely comfortable, never did I feel pressured in any way to purchase something, unlike other dealerships where dealers try to hustle and pressure you to buy. That surely was not the case here. Paul R. was an absolute pleasure to work with. As soon as I walked in the dealership, he greeted me with warmth and sincerity. I'm beyond happy that it was him who approached me first, he's outstanding at his job, to say the least. He's definitely a "people person", very down to earth and extremely genuine. He was very accommodating to all of my needs and requests, and had a great deal of patience with me. He recommended options that were truly to my benefit, not his (unlike other dealers). Paul is very knowledgable and knows his job inside and out, he was beyond helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. He's truly a class act, the very best. I couldn't ask for a better experience than what Paul provided to me, and I will proudly refer all of my family and friends to him for their future car purchases. Stephen C. also provided me with immaculate service. He was extremely professional and well spoken. Just like Paul, he is very genuine and sincere. He knows every aspect of his job, and explained everything thoroughly. He went above and beyond what I expected, that's for sure. Stephen and Paul are the best at what they do, plain and simple. Stephen was exceedingly helpful in the buying process, and I can't thank him enough for all of his help. Excellence is an understatement when referring to the service I received from Paul R. and Stephen C., they were the perfect duo. She was extremely pleasant over the phone and really listened to my needs. I did my due… diligence and researched, shopped, and looked at other dealers. However, Eileen sounded the most trustworthy and took a genuine interest in meeting my needs. I decided to stop in for a visit and Eileen was everything that I could have hoped for. Kind, unassuming and just really made every effort to make this buying decision a pleasant experience. She never pushed anything on me, she took her time, listened and more importantly - She Never Had to Bring A Sales Manager to me!!! I'm not knocking all Sales Managers but sometimes they can drive a customer away. I dealt with one person and she made it all happen. There really was not any haggling. Again, she listened and she made it happen. She also did a great job of explaining all of the features and benefits of this vehicle. She knew the car!! Also, I would like to make mention of Stephen C. (Finance.) He was also extremely pleasant and not at all pushy when it came time to talk about additional options such as warranties and the like. He was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful in meeting my finance goals for this purchase. He did everything possible to make the process expeditious but also made sure that there were no unanswered questions. If all of the employees at DCH Academy Honda are like Eileen and Stephen, then this is by far one of the most customer focused dealerships that exists. Eileen C. and Stephen C. are truly great individuals and should be commended for their skills, knowledge and attributes! I have to say Kristine T., the service advisor ,was extremely professional and courteous. She explained what needed to be done in detail with my car. She answered every… question I had and made feel very comfortable. I also was given very affordable pricing. When the servicing was done and I pulled my car out of the dealer, I felt a noticeable difference right away. My car is riding smoother than it has been for at least two years. I got more than I ever expected getting. I was more than happy to continue… doing business with DCH Academy Honda. They made it very easy and they worked with me to get a deal that was fair and economical. They took into consideration my loyalty of staying with them through another lease, and I look forward to finance an Accord with them when my lease is up. Paul Rittberg was friendly and personable. He made it a very easy going process and was very patient with my requests. I wont be specific about Price but I definitely saved a lot of money on this deal and it worked out very well for me. His willingness to make me go home happy was a key ingredient to making me want to return to do business with DCH Academy Honda in the future.They are more than excellent

He is very frank, efficient and professional. I knew this is a best price. I scheduled an same-day… appointment with him and drove 45 miles all the way to their dealership. Ricky greeted me at the helpdesk, and the rest of time, he worked with me until I got my new car. Ricky is a very sincere guy and a very professional sales. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and keen to business. He answered all my questions patiently, gave me much knowledge on car maintenance and usage. He even picked me up from the train station the next time I came to drive the car away. The whole process was absolutely pleasant, no hassle, no pressure. Everything was explained so clearly. All the paperworks are very standard. I did get the exact color (interior and exterior) of the car and the car is in excellent condition. The staffs here are very trustful and respective.
