DCH Academy Honda

Just had the most fantastic experience buying a new 2013 Honda CR-V LX. My sales rep was Akram A. and he made me feel like I was dealing with an old best friend. He was friendly, cordial, very patient and accomodating when it came to negotiating competitive fees. Not ONCE did he pressure me. He made the whole experience very enjoyable, even thought the whole process took a while, in which I totally understand. Negotiated and bought the car on Friday....Saturday afternoon I was driving home in my new car. Now that's service. And when I picked up the car on sat, Akram was busy with a customer and a big thanks to his very friendly and enjoyable colleague who took the time to show us the features in the car. Oh and a really big thanks to Megan B. who I started out getting quotes from. Already recommended our bank teller who's looking for a Honda to go see Akram A. at DCH Academy Honda to get a lifetime of a deal. Akram also offered me 2 free oil changes too. Love it.
