DCH Academy Honda

I'd recommend DCH Academy Honda to absolutely anyone! Their customer service was beyond excellent, it truly exceeded all of my expectations. There are numerous Honda dealerships that are just minutes from my house, but after researching customer reviews and the lowest prices, everywhere pointed to DCH Academy Honda and the drive was well worth it. No wonder this place has the best reviews out of any Honda dealership in the area, it shows! DCH Academy Honda was my first stop during my car hunt. I was initially planning to shop around at other dealerships before making a decision, but their service and prices quickly made me realize that wasn't going to be necessary, I signed papers for my 2014 Accord on that first visit. It'd be silly to do business with any other Honda dealership. The atmosphere was extremely comfortable, never did I feel pressured in any way to purchase something, unlike other dealerships where dealers try to hustle and pressure you to buy. That surely was not the case here. Paul R. was an absolute pleasure to work with. As soon as I walked in the dealership, he greeted me with warmth and sincerity. I'm beyond happy that it was him who approached me first, he's outstanding at his job, to say the least. He's definitely a "people person", very down to earth and extremely genuine. He was very accommodating to all of my needs and requests, and had a great deal of patience with me. He recommended options that were truly to my benefit, not his (unlike other dealers). Paul is very knowledgable and knows his job inside and out, he was beyond helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. He's truly a class act, the very best. I couldn't ask for a better experience than what Paul provided to me, and I will proudly refer all of my family and friends to him for their future car purchases. Stephen C. also provided me with immaculate service. He was extremely professional and well spoken. Just like Paul, he is very genuine and sincere. He knows every aspect of his job, and explained everything thoroughly. He went above and beyond what I expected, that's for sure. Stephen and Paul are the best at what they do, plain and simple. Stephen was exceedingly helpful in the buying process, and I can't thank him enough for all of his help. Excellence is an understatement when referring to the service I received from Paul R. and Stephen C., they were the perfect duo. DCH Academy Honda are lucky to have employees like Paul and Stephen, definitely the best!
