A Wonderful Service Experience

I took my Honda Accord 2009 EX-L 4 cylinder in for a major service. I have to say Kristine T., the service advisor ,was extremely professional and courteous. She explained what needed to be done in detail with my car. She answered every question I had and made feel very comfortable. I also was given very affordable pricing. When the servicing was done and I pulled my car out of the dealer, I felt a noticeable difference right away. My car is riding smoother than it has been for at least two years. It felt like the day I first drove it out of the showroom! I would definitely recommend doing business with DCH Academy Honda to anyone, and for service Kristine is definitely a winner! Gary S.
