    Service center did not look at car even though they had it for 2 days. They refused to accommodate another service appointment. No return call from service manager after calling to express my concerns.

    I just moved out here to Nevada for work im from California. I went to Cali for the weekend but when I was coming back my started to act funny, opening the trunk, locking, unlocking the doors & lights started to flicker on & off. Im not from here I usually go to the dealership in Sacramento but I don’t regret coming to the dealership here in Reno! I was able to book an appointment using the online booking service & was able to get a same day appointment, got the car in & out at a reasonable time frame. Desiree was amazing really nice, communicated with me the entire time the car was being serviced. She also sent me a link of what was being done to the car & the price & what was recommended should be done on top of what was needed. They had given my car a car was before it was given back to me, definitely would recommend to s friend!

    They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give. I ordered and bought my van from Reno dealership. It was great for 30,000 miles. The last 1000.00 I have had issues with my cruise control, turbo, pedal and digital speedometer. My van does not have a code but it has been in and out of this shop all summer. There is no record of what has been looked at or what needs to be fixed. I got the gm involved took him for a test ride and he got videos of some of the issue. The most recent 2 weeks later they don’t have any answers. It’s no longer a priority and nobody communicates with me or each other. I wouldn’t waste your time. They only have one guy who might know what’s he’s doing in the back but no guarantee you will get him working on your rig. Take it to Rocklin and save yourself.

    My vehicle was taken in for free service check for which an appt was made. No matter what it seems to take so much longer than expected. There's nothing to do but wait.

    Excellent ! Service advisor Sean B. met me at my appointment time (7:00am), had me checked in and a ride home arranged within 15 minutes. He patiently answered my questions, explained the service item list, and reviewed the cost estimate.

    The service lady said the only appointment they had was at 12 noon on Aug 10. So I agreed. When I get there the service man said it was going to be difficult, because the guys are just going to lunch. Why would you give me that time knowing they could not service my Mercedes? It took about 2 1/2 hrs while I waited at the dealership. Not good. Not happy. Martin Johnson

    My initial impression was very positive when interacting with my rep. However I was never given a initial or total price until it was time to pay. I informed them of the issues I was having and left the vehicle behind, I received a call stating that I needed brake work and a pump for my wipers. I was then given the price for the service that I had them complete (brakes). After driving 3000 miles across the country which I also informed them of I am starting to feel the same issue with the brakes. On top of that I have a crack in my windshield that wasn't there and was informed that it was because of the extreme heat and the cold water.

  • NOT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IT USED TO BE AT THIS DEALERSHIP

    I took my 2009 SL550 in last Thursday because the convertible top was not working. My service writer, Desiree, is great and does her utmost but has no help. She could not give me a loaner or even a ride home locally. Her mechanic promised car would be ready Friday afternoon. It was not even done by Saturday am when we showed up and was finally finished late Saturday afternoon. Desiree had to scramble to find another writer to deliver the car. And the bottom line is the trunk lock was fixed (which allowed the top to operate) but there is a large gap where the trunk is no longer aligned, leaving enough space for a potential leak during car wash, etc.

  • Only game in town and it shows

    The sole reason I will not buy another Mercedes ever: this dealership. They are the only Mercedes dealership within 100+ miles, and it shows. They don't care. Availability to get a service appointment - several weeks out; Availability to get a loner car: close to 0. So you should plan to be out of a car. If you live 50 miles away, too bad. Bonus feature: When I got my car back, they had cracked the windshield and blamed the heat. They said the damage was visible on a picture when I dropped it off. When I asked for the picture, they sent me one showing no damage. When I asked them about it, they changed their story to "the picture does not do it justice". In short - they just don't care, because they don't have to. They have a captive customer base and will milk them to the maximum extent possible. I will drive 100+ miles going forward to avoid them, and my next car will not be a Mercedes - solely because of this dealership.
