onMy initial impression was very positive when interacting with my rep. However I was never given a initial or total price until it was time to pay. I informed them of the issues I was having and left the vehicle behind, I received a call stating that I needed brake work and a pump for my wipers. I was then given the price for the service that I had them complete (brakes). After driving 3000 miles across the country which I also informed them of I am starting to feel the same issue with the brakes. On top of that I have a crack in my windshield that wasn't there and was informed that it was because of the extreme heat and the cold water.
