    The team at BMW Henderson went above and beyond to get my car serviced before my warranty expired. They checked everything they could and took care of it, all while giving me a courtesy car to drive for a week. I can’t begin to tell you how much this was appreciated. These gentlemen were so caring, and it made this single mother feel like she was in good hands. Thank you!

    Our service advisor, Victor, was a pleasure to deal with. We waited for our car. He came out to the waiting area to advise the work was done and as soon as the car was washed, it would be driven to customer pickup. He came and got us when it arrived. It was easy to make an appointment.

  • Has been the best experience from beginning to end

    The plug-in hybrid X5 delivers authoritative luxury, and a reasonable all-electric range. a cohesive luxury sport experience. I leased our prior vehicles for three years on average and hence go through the process to find the right car, right dealer, right service, and right lease. BMW of Henderson, sales Robert, & Derrick, finance Chris and service Kyle made the process super simple, no pressure, just answered every question I had, believe me if the sales process was pressure to buy my wife would have run out of the dealership screaming (she did not). I took my time in deciding and Robert and Derrick never once made us uncomfortable. We ordered X5 Hybrid from the factory, and it came in amazing amount of time, and Robert and Derrick kept us informed every step of the way. I wanted window tint for the Nevada sun added and Kyle took care of everything, ordered a Lyft to transport me. The X5 is wonderful and BMW of Henderson, has been the best experience from beginning to end. Every single request I made was done in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. As I mentioned earlier my wife despises car dealership and she loves BMW of Henderson. I came to BMW of Henderson with some apprehension, buying Lincoln Aviators, and Cadillac XT6 in the past, with white glove service (though pressure sales), we will miss the concierge service, but the Lyft ride offsets that perk. At this point I would recommend BMW of Henderson, Robert, Derrick, Chris, and Kyle to any and everyone.

    My sales person was Michael Dronet, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He was extremely helpful in that he kept me informed throughout the process from start to finish. He was very pleasant and always willing to answer questions. Also, the BMW Genius, Mark Metzner, was very helpful in explaining the new car features to me. Both are keepers!

    Took my X3 in for service and was taken care of almost immediately. Albert was great at explaining everything my vehicle needed and helped me get the most important issues solved while not trying to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. It was great to feel that they take the customer seriously and treat us with such respect and professionalism. I was given a ride to and from the dealership so that while my vehicle was being serviced I could get home and get some work done so it was a win win all around. I will definitely be going back not only for service but to also add vehicles to the family.

  • Excellent service and excellent advisor, but one minor issue

    We brought our 2021 X3 into BMW of Henderson for service. Ian, our service advisor, is very professional and courteous. We told him that we were going to wait for the car and he was able to get us in and out in an hour or so. A+! When the car was finished, we got in it, and there was some dirt on our passenger seat that was not there when we dropped it off--for sure! There were a couple of crumbs and a stain on the seat. My wife said it looked as if someone was eating in the car, which if that was the case, totally unacceptable! d-! We showed it to Jose on the service drive and he immediately got some interior cleaner and cleaned it up. So, it turned out to be a minor problem!

  • The WORST place to get a car.

    If you want to get manipulated and jerked around then this is the place for you. The car wasn’t detailed (found trash and coffee drippings everywhere), we asked for fluids to be topped off they laughed because it’s an electric car. Which by the way still has Coolant that was so low we had to fill it right away. There was an open recall that no one said a word about. On top of allll of that their financial manager told us we NEEDED a warranty in order to get financed, come to find out from the bank that was a lie. When we went to cancel it, it’s been well over a week with no resolution. Not only did they lie to our face, they also bypassed our welcome call from the bank that would have told us that we didn’t need a warranty. I will NEVER buy a car here again and if you truly do read your reviews. CALL US BACK AND RESOLVE THE ISSUES!

    Got oil changed in a timely manor. They detailed the car when finished, looked great. Was told I should have rear tires realigned after just over 10,000 miles. With all the vehicles I have driven, none needed a realignment with that type of mileage.

    Justin in the service dept make my experience the best considering why I was there. He communicated with me the entire time, worked with my insurance company closely and made sure I got a rental even though they didn’t have to.

    Like other car dealers, BMW of Henderson has a spacious and clean lounge with a coffee stand, TV, and comfortable sofas. However, the actual mining of customer service goes beyond that. My five stars review is for the staff and technicians, mainly my service advisor Justin Ko. Mr. Ko has a wealth of professional knowledge and interprets them concisely and precisely. He understands the needs of customers and solves questions and problems effectively.

    I’ve had BMW’s for a while, lived in different States and been to different BMW dealerships and there is always a problem after every service but, the service advisor in Henderson BMW Mr. Mandapat changed the whole dreadful feeing of getting my vehicle serviced. Mr. Mandapat is knowledgeable and very accommodating. On point advice and very transparent. We are fld to have him as our service advisor.
