Excellent service and excellent advisor, but one minor issue

onWe brought our 2021 X3 into BMW of Henderson for service. Ian, our service advisor, is very professional and courteous. We told him that we were going to wait for the car and he was able to get us in and out in an hour or so. A+! When the car was finished, we got in it, and there was some dirt on our passenger seat that was not there when we dropped it off--for sure! There were a couple of crumbs and a stain on the seat. My wife said it looked as if someone was eating in the car, which if that was the case, totally unacceptable! d-! We showed it to Jose on the service drive and he immediately got some interior cleaner and cleaned it up. So, it turned out to be a minor problem!
