I leased our prior vehicles for three years on average and hence go through the process to find the right car, right dealer, right service, and right lease. BMW of Henderson, sales Robert, & Derrick, finance Chris and service Kyle made the process super simple, no pressure, just answered every question I had, believe me if the sales process was pressure to buy my wife would have run out of the dealership screaming (she did not). I took my time in deciding and Robert and Derrick never once made us uncomfortable. We ordered X5 Hybrid from the factory, and it came in amazing amount of time, and Robert and Derrick kept us informed every step of the way. I wanted window tint for the Nevada sun added and Kyle took care of everything, ordered a Lyft to transport me. The X5 is wonderful and BMW of Henderson, has been the best experience from beginning to end. Every single request I made was done in a timely manner. The staff was friendly, attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. As I mentioned earlier my wife despises car dealership and she loves BMW of Henderson. I came to BMW of Henderson with some apprehension, buying Lincoln Aviators, and Cadillac XT6 in the past, with white glove service (though pressure sales), we will miss the concierge service, but the Lyft ride offsets that perk. At this point I would recommend BMW of Henderson, Robert, Derrick, Chris, and Kyle to any and everyone.
