The sales rep Carlos Dominguez was very honest and accommodating, They let us take our time and allowed us to use the… service bay to go over the vehicle since it was cold and windy outside. From a beast to luxury/sport

Ordered wrong part, engine light turned on 1 week after service

She answered all my questions and was able to put my deal together very quickly. The finance portion of the process also was… outstanding. Evan(?), was so imformative, that I had none for him. After making online appointment at BMW Henderson where my car was purchased and serviced, I was introduced to the service advisor, Justin, who recommended that I performed the BMW recommended… service (due in February) as well. I’ve had 3 BMWS and they’ve been covered for 4. Also that a “full service” check is… $150!! Why aren’t they doing that when they change my oil?Hi, thank you for your positive review. W/o delay Kyle had my car being fixed. It drives like a new car now. It would be nice if the… dealership had loner cars but I get Covid ruined everything.
