    What can I say other than the service I received was outstanding! I was skeptical of going to a dealership due to past exeriences with other car makers. I recently had some recommended repairs that needed attention right away from a previous visit. I had worked with Albert F., my service advisor before on another occasion bringing my car in & was satisfied. However, this time he went above & beyond. I never had to use my extended warranty before and I wasn’t really clear on all the steps to follow with filing a claim. Albert assured me that he would get all the t’s crossed & the i’s dotted dealing with the company which took a while longer than expected due to my warranty provider not returning his correspondence in a timely manner but, he got it all done & got it all approved. I have dealt with Jaguar service & Mercedes service before but, my experience with Henderson Bmw & Albert far exceeds the others for me.

    I took my BMW electric car in for brake checkup. Easy in and out process. If you are new to Henderson BMW- just pull in and you will be greeted by the advisor. You can get a shuttle if you don't like to wait. The are very trustworthy, fair and clear on communication. Ask for Kyle- if you don't have your own advisor yet. After, I always love the video, they make video showing exactly what they did with your car. Use your reservation through your BMW app. It easy !

    Last December we were in the market for a new (used) car and found what we were looking for at BMW of Henderson. We had such a good experience working with Ray Spath. We never felt pressured. Everything seemed so easy. The process felt professional and effortless. As luck would have it, last week we found ourselves in a position of needing another car very unexpectedly. After looking at a few other dealerships and being frustrated I said, “we just need to go see Ray at BMW.” I’m so glad we did. Once again the best experience. We’re very happy with both purchases and highly recommend BMW of Henderson. We appreciate Ray & he work with us.

  • Disappointed with Henderson BMW

    I have owned BMWs since 2005 and I went to Henderson BMW and was told it would cost $7k to replace the DSC control unit. I didn’t accept it and went to BMW of LV and they fixed the issue and said it was a software error and not DSC, cost me $495 to fix…disappointed to say the least with Henderson BMW.

  • BMW of Henderson Comes to the Rescue - Again

    Front driver side tire went bad due to hitting a curb at a slow speed. I called BMW of Henderson for service date and was told to bring the car into the shop. BMW does not like its customers riding on bad tires. I brought the car in about 10:30 AM local time. I was out the door by 2:00 PM. New tire and complete wash and vacuum.

    Kyle is the most honest Service Rep I have dealt with, ever. And that is saying a lot. Kyle had bad news to deliver me first about the extent of the repair then the bad news of the warranty not covering it. I appreciated his honesty and bluntness because it allowed me to focus on what was important, getting the Warranty company in line. I simply cannot thank Kyle enough for a smooth service experience.     Had extensive repair which was unexpected but clearly explained. Appreciate the photos as well. Al was informative and responsive to my communication. Appreciate loaner as it was a couple of days of service. New to area and this dealer was very good.

  • Service Diagnostic

    I got the $240 diagnostic, I have an older BMW that still looks great and I want to drive it another year. I could not pass smog and needed a diagnostic. Although it gave me information it was of no help to my smog test and some of the information was not correct. For example, BMW said I needed a new valve cover bc of a crack and a new fuel pump. Both of those parts were only 2 years old so I new it was likely not correct. I left no better off other than an expensive repair estimate and no one helped me any further even though I asked. Also, this diagnostic took three days. I would like to add that I had a diagnostic done by this BMW in the past on this car (CCV valve and motor mounts) that gave me information and allowed me to accurately fix the problems diagnosed. That’s why I came back and trusted that I would receive the same this time. I ended up getting a smoke test at Imperial and it was not a valve cover crack it was a breather hose and they fixed it. It was also not my fuel pump it was my fuel pump module so I ordered the exact OEM part on ebay and my friend changed it. I passed smog and it runs amazing. That $240 was a complete waste of money in terms of helping me reach my goal and if I would have moved forward w BMW service I would be out thousands without the correct diagnostic and parts I didn’t need replaced. I ended up out $900 total, smog passed a great running car.
