Honesty is all that matters...

Kyle is the most honest Service Rep I have dealt with, ever. And that is saying a lot. Kyle had bad news to deliver me first about the extent of the repair then the bad news of the warranty not covering it. I appreciated his honesty and bluntness because it allowed me to focus on what was important, getting the Warranty company in line. I simply cannot thank Kyle enough for a smooth service experience. Thank you Kyle and BMW of Henderson!!!
