Battery needed.

Tire change and alignment

I wasn't sure of the discount provided for the tires purchased and discount for the Wiper blades that was changed. The overall service took a while and I was ready to go home. I… was told my wiper blades would not be charged, but was charged as showed on the final paper work. I expect better explanation and a better break down of the charges. The technician didn't check all tires pressure on the vehicle as it was incorrect Three of the new tires was 41 psi and the Tire that wasn't changed was 32 psi. When I was driving home, the alignment seemed off.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Other than being very transparent and helpful , my sales person Yoshwa was very… helpful and determined to find me the right vehicle; which he did in CA. He made delivery seamless and painless. Exceptional service with Christian

Christian knocks it out of the park by being a great listener, providing professional and knowledgeable information and communicates suggestions based on truth… and fact. He looks for ways to save me money and treats me fairly without ever being pushy or aggressive. I walk away feeling good spending money with him. If he was in sales as well, i would probably by a car from him as well. Incompetence leads to my frustration and inconvenience
by Dennis21 on 06/07/2023My 2023 330i began to stop accelerating at exactly 20 MPH after leaving a restaurant one night. It was necessary to tromp on the accelerator pedal to get the car past that point, which was very unsafe given the power at hand in my car and… being in rush hour traffic. I called the service dept at Henderson BMW to report the problem, and spoke with a Service Advisor who had no idea what was wrong - I didn't write down his name, but he was a Hispanic guy. His diagnosis was that my car had "a problem with shifting." I decided the next day that I would have to utilize my free BMW roadside assistance to have my baby towed to the dealership as it was not safe to drive. This was a nightmare (which I won't go into details here), and my car didn't make it to the dealer until 5 hours later - too late to have anybody look at the car. The following morning I called and spoke to another service advisor. Each time I spoke with someone I described the problem precisely, although no one seem to get a clue. This guy thought there must be a problem with the throttle. Later that afternoon I received a ridiculous video from a technician, sitting in my car and his camera focused on the instrument panel showing the car in Comfort Mode. He went into a long, useless discussion about the less aggressive driving characteristics of Comfort mode and why people choose that (better fuel mileage and the like). Given that I ALWAYS have it in Sport mode, this had no bearing on the problem. I don't think the guy even drove my car to actually experience the problem. Still later I received a call from yet another service advisor, telling me my car was ready to be picked up. He said there was no problem with my car that they could identify. He asked if I wanted to come in and do a test drive with him. My wife and I made the long trip way out to the east valley and she dropped me off. I got in the car and drove down the street with this service advisor. When the car stopped accelerating at exactly 20 MPH he was surprised. He took a turn behind the wheel as well. Then a light bulb went off and he told me about a "feature" in new BMWs called Speed Limiter, which is actuated by a button push on the steering wheel. I examined the button and it seemed it was set at 20 MPH. Apparently I had accidentally pushed the button while driving the car two days before. The first service advisor I spoke with could have been a clever hero if he had listened carefully to my description of the problem, where I emphasized "no throttle response at exactly 20 mph". I could have avoided the whole towing nightmare and the loss of my car for two days. But that guy was neither clever nor a hero. Just an example of the thoughtless incompetence of the service staff at this dealership. And then there was the technician with his idiotic, useless video. Priceless. Despite the fact that I hate having to drive all the way over to Sahara, I will go to BMW of Las Vegas in the future, avoiding the frustrating Clown Show in Henderson. I will also use my AAA roadside assistance in the future instead of the service provided by BMW.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at BMW of Henderson. Justin, at BMW Henderson service, is a true professional, he was true to his… word in regards to the dollar estimate and time frames that were given to me. He called and advised an approximate time that my vehicle would be ready, then he called again to let me know that service have been completed.
