  • Oil change

    I had an appointment at 9:30am for oil change. It took me almost 4 hours (out by1:15pm) to wait my car. If I didn’t follow up it can be longer. Kyle went to lunch so my paperwork was just sitting on his desk. The car wash took forever as… well so I pulled out my car cuz I have an appointment at 1:30 that I didn’t make it, I was late. I approached my salesman to help me take out my car from car wash. I was expecting one hour half to 2 for oil change as what Kyle told me.

    I was at the service appointment at my schedule time and waited 3 1/2 hours to replace a battery that was on back order for 3 weeks after waiting 5 hours the first time.

  • Service dept very slow

    Had my 2020 X3 towed into dealer after battery quit. Was told it would be 2 hours. After 5 hours later they replaced with a temp battery. Came back 3 weeks later and it took them 3 1/2 hours to change out the battery again. No communication… from service advisor. Would never bring my vehicle back there again. Then they try to sell you a new car after you’re totally frustrated with the dealership. Poor customer service

  • Don’t let your service advisor take advantage of you!

    My service advisor Greg was not transparent and honest with me regarding the service work on my BMW.I was confident that I only needed a battery and within 3-4 minutes of sitting as his desk he told me the work would be over $1600 dollars… and put a contract in front of me to sign. I asked if that was the price for the battery and he indicated that they must do “diagnostics”…$217.00 etc, etc. Keep in mind I was still in possession of the car. So was truly trying to up-sell me on anything that he could. I told him that I had purchased an extended warranty that I KNEW covered $100 toward a new battery and that he must contact them before work to get it authorized. Even after reminding him at least 3 times to call for authorization, he didn’t do so. In a nutshell this “simple battery replacement” ending up costing me over $700 dollars. It’s sad that a BMW dealership takes advantage of this long term client of over 15 years!
