onI had an appointment at 9:30am for oil change. It took me almost 4 hours (out by1:15pm) to wait my car. If I didn’t follow up it can be longer. Kyle went to lunch so my paperwork was just sitting on his desk. The car wash took forever as well so I pulled out my car cuz I have an appointment at 1:30 that I didn’t make it, I was late. I approached my salesman to help me take out my car from car wash. I was expecting one hour half to 2 for oil change as what Kyle told me.
