Service dept very slow

onHad my 2020 X3 towed into dealer after battery quit. Was told it would be 2 hours. After 5 hours later they replaced with a temp battery. Came back 3 weeks later and it took them 3 1/2 hours to change out the battery again. No communication from service advisor. Would never bring my vehicle back there again. Then they try to sell you a new car after you’re totally frustrated with the dealership. Poor customer service
