    We had a great time..our sales man treated us like old friends and by the time we left I felt like we were ..Micheal is just the greatest..he went through everything on the car even though I can't remember most of out but that's why there are manuals. But not to over state we had a great time even though we bought a large purchase we enjoyed evey minute of it because of our wonderful salesman thank you so much Michael !

    My son and I visited this dealership a couple of weeks ago to look at a used vehicle. I have to say that I am almost 53 and have had a few visits to different dealerships. I've dealt with a variety of different salesman and Steve Wehby here at Serra will stand out as one of the few that I will ever try to deal with in the future. He was friendly, courteous and up front throughout the entire transaction. My son and I thank you Steve!

    I recently purchased a used Acadia from here and I was very happy with how the whole experience was. The staff was helpful and patient and Ken W. Who helped us was great! His customer service was top notch and knows how to treat customers. I dealt with him and Joe for finance and both of them were outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a used or new vehicle. Nobody was pushy or had an attitude at any point in time. This was by far my best experience in a dealership hands down. Thank you guys for the great vehicle and for all your help!

    Went in with a particular used car in mind was greeted By Dave. Was on a late night with little time to spare. Dave got me in my car i wanted at the price i wanted and even got me out of my trade in for payoff! I suggest if youre going to get a used car make sure to see Dave Bercel! easy to deal with and QUICK! stayed with me till after closing to get me in the car that night!

  • Pressure Free, Loads of Assistance!

    Recently found used vehicle online. Called and randomly reached Charlie, my lucky day! Set an appointment to test drive and this dealer is over an hour, 70 miles from my home. He spent close to 3 hours with me test driving not only the used vehicle in stock but offering me Buick, GMC and Kia new car options. He took time to explain features along with helping me weigh the options of this purchase. I spent almost 4 months researching, testing multiple manufacturers and couldn't have found a better place to make my final purchase. Serra Buick GMC is a lucky dealership having Charlie on staff. Kudos Charlie and keep up the great work. Jim and my final paperwork was a smooth, no pressure process as well. This was an awesome experience, thanks Charlie and Jim!!

    Too often, we only write reviews when something negative occurs or when we're pissed off. But I can't say enough good things about the sales folks at Serra Buick in Washington Township. Nine months after purchasing my used truck, water stains began to appear on the headliner. After further inspection, it was determined that the roof had been crushed in and completely replaced. The welds and rear window installation were poorly done, causing the leaking. Neither Serra or myself could have known about the damaged roof as there were no signs at the time of purchase or even months later. Nothing showed up on the CarFax either. I'll be completely honest, when I called to see if Serra would cover some of the costs, I wasn't exactly holding my breath. But after explaining the situation to my sales guy Brad and the sales manager (?) Bob, they immediately agreed to cover most of the body work costs. As a result, they have a customer for life! I applaud their professionalism and ethics when they could have easily said "not our problem." Thank you again, fellas!

    I have been a customer to a previous GMC dealership for 6 years. I stopped in Serra to look at a new car and met Kola Gojcaj. He was kind, professional, and helpful. He showed me around the dealership and introduced me to Linda Berishaj in finance. She was so sweet and answered any questions. I immediately decided to lease a car with Kola and the paperwork process with Linda was fast and easy. This duo is amazing and made this my best car buying experience at a dealer. I would highly recommend Kola and Linda at Serra.

  • Trans Overhaul - Dealership worked w/ Buick to provide GM Assistance!

    My transmission started failing at 139k miles on my 2014 Buick Regal, something that really shouldn't happen considering I have been on top of maintenance since day one of purchasing the car from this dealership. I was initially thrown a transmission repair/ replacement bill (over the phone) of $5,300 by a random manager who I had never met before (not exactly the most appropriate way to handle that in my opinion) and was told my options, none of which were ideal. I then went on Buick's facebook page and was able to tell my story to a Buick rep who then immediately began working with the dealership to determine the root cause of this failure. Derek Fuller, in the service group, has been my Service Consultant for a long time now and was on top of this ordeal the whole time. He was always watching my back and, between the info that he and I were able to provide Buick, I was able to receive GM Assistance and get my bill drastically reduced! Derek has been an exceptional dude since the day I started working with him and he gave me constant updates from the point of initially taking time out of his busy day to drive in my car with me to help determine that my transmission was failing, to when the trans tech was tearing down my transmission, up to the day I picked up my car again. I like this dealership a lot and enjoy working with all of the staff but big kudos to Derek. If you don't know who to ask for there then throw his name out and you won't be disappointed! He has even help recommend options for other things such snow tires and was able to find me a deal that wouldn't break the bank but also wouldn't skimp on quality.

I'm a GM employee for over 35 year and I only come to your dealership from Detroit because there is only One Man that I feel so Comfortable with and he is so Professional and helpful with me all the time.     I was very disappointed by my experience at Serra Buick GMC today. I had purchased a new, used car for my daughter and brought it to Serra for an oil change and tire rotation including a GM certified multi-point inspection. I explained to the service advisor and service technician that I didn't even require the oil change (I was still at 54% oil life remaining), but that mainly I was interested in making certain everything on the vehicle was checked and was safe before allowing my 16-year-old daughter to drive it. I initially wasn't even going to do the tire rotation, but the technician said that would be the only way they could properly evaluate the brakes so I paid the additional cost to have it done. When I was contacted by the service advisor I was informed that the car might need an alignment due to uneven wear on the tires and they I might want to consider a transmission fluid change. I know the transmission fluid was done only 11,000 miles earlier so I declined, but took their suggestion and they performed the alignment. I wasn't in a hurry and left the car with them overnight. When I picked up my car today I was disappointed to find they only filled out some portions of the vehicle inspection report. They made no indications about the battery, the tire depth, the wiper blades, nor did they check off the box that says I even needed an alignment yet the service advisor said I needed it and I paid for it, They also noted two possible leaks which were never discussed with me before and when questioned about it I was told they didn't know what the tech was referring to and maybe it was only seepage. MAYBE! They cant even tell me if there actually is a leak even though its indicated on the report twice and they are only guessing because they would not let me speak to the tech myself. I trusted a GM Service Department with my child's car and therefore her safety and they were absolutely negligent in their service. Based on their paperwork, their own inspection report, most of my vehicle inspection did not take place and I have doubts about any of the services they perform. I will no longer patronize this establishment and for your safety, and the safety of your family, I suggest you don't either.

    Barnard (sales) and Michael (finance manager) were informative and made the process of purchasing a vehicle an easy experience. Also, I had to bring in my 2010 G6 for recall issues and Marlene, in service, kept me updated on the service provided pertaining to the recall and length of time it would be for the issues to be fixed. These three individuals, in my view, are wonderful assets to the dealership.

    This was the second time I had brought my 2014 Buick Regal Turbo Premium 1 into the service department for the same problem - I had a leaky FL tire. The previous time I had brought it in, I was out of town so I had a family member bring it for me, and the problem did not end up getting fixed; the mechanics working on it could not find the leak after keeping my car overnight and testing it in a dunk tank. I waited a few weeks after I returned home and brought it in a second time, letting the serviceman know what had happened the last time it was brought in and also telling him what I thought was the problem: a bad seal on the rim. I had also needed an oil change, so on my birthday I decided to get it taken care of. After showing up 30 minutes early for my appointment, my car was finished in under two hours with no bill and I haven't had a problem since. I even got a cookie afterwards - Phenomenal service here. For my next car, I'll be sure to stop by the Cadillac dealer right next door. Hopefully they'll have a brand new CTS-V waiting with my name on it!

    This was my first experience with your dealership. I found the truck that I wanted online and called and asked for new car sales and was connected with Bernard Jones. The entire process went very smoothly. I never felt pressured or hustled. Bernard had the answers to all of my questions and gave me the impression that you run a first class dealership. Both he and Jim Cordes were very easy to deal with. You will be getting my repeat business.

    Al Serra Service Department performed excellent service on my car. They were able to quickly locate the problem with the water pump and repair it. Additionally, they recommended service on my A/C and transmission. All were completed in a timely manner and I was able to use a loaner while the service was completed. Great dealership all the way!

    This was the 1st time I visited the dealership for service on my 2013 Cadillac. I did not lease the car through this dealer, but the service reps treated me as I had. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and definitely wanted to please. They explained the problems I had and kept me informed on the progress. To correct my issue, my service rep advised it would take approximately 2 weeks--it was fixed in about 10 days. GREAT JOB! I will definitely return to Serra!
