This was the second time I had brought my 2014 Buick Regal Turbo Premium 1 into the service department for the same problem - I had a leaky FL tire. The previous time I had brought it in, I was out of town so I had a family member bring it for me, and the problem did not end up getting fixed; the mechanics working on it could not find the leak after keeping my car overnight and testing it in a dunk tank. I waited a few weeks after I returned home and brought it in a second time, letting the serviceman know what had happened the last time it was brought in and also telling him what I thought was the problem: a bad seal on the rim. I had also needed an oil change, so on my birthday I decided to get it taken care of. After showing up 30 minutes early for my appointment, my car was finished in under two hours with no bill and I haven't had a problem since. I even got a cookie afterwards - Phenomenal service here. For my next car, I'll be sure to stop by the Cadillac dealer right next door. Hopefully they'll have a brand new CTS-V waiting with my name on it!
