This was the 1st time I visited the dealership for service on my 2013 Cadillac. I did not lease the car through this dealer, but the service reps treated me as I had. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and definitely wanted to please. They explained the problems I had and kept me informed on the progress. To correct my issue, my service rep advised it would take approximately 2 weeks--it was fixed in about 10 days. GREAT JOB! I will definitely return to Serra!
