From the moment we arrived, Charles, our Sales Consultant, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. He is not only highlyβ¦ knowledgeable about the vehicles but also genuinely dedicated to finding the right car for your needs. What impressed us most was his professionalism and honesty. Charles was transparent about every detail and worked diligently to ensure we received a fair deal for our GLS, all while avoiding any pressure or sales tactics. His communication was excellent throughout, always keeping us informed and promptly answering any questions we had. His attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel confident and comfortable at every stage of the process. The business side of things was also smooth, with Yatin offering us a competitive financing option and providing helpful information about warranty packages. When it came to the post-purchase experience, Jonny was exceptional. He took the time to walk us through all the features of our new car, demonstrating impressive patience and expertise. His thoroughness and willingness to address every question left us feeling completely at ease with our purchase. Jonnyβs commitment to a personalized, informative experience was truly standout. by Nicholas McDonough on 09/20/2024Mercedes of Sudbury, MA was aggressive but the experience overall was poor and unprofessional. They need to train their staff. I was contacted by two (2) people from their Internet Dept., which is redundant. Specifically I took issue with aβ¦ few things: 1. Video sent by the young man revving the engine at cold start and then stating the cabin is quiet with the front door open. Foolish behavior. 2. One of the reps said she could not finance me since I live In California due to emissions law and Massachusetts not able to issue temp tags. Then asks would you be able to pay cash? Absurd request. I corrected her. I was then informed it's "company policy" not to issue temporary tags. Discriminatory to say the least and they try cover their false information. As someone who has purchased cars for well over 20 years and has worked on every car I've owned, this dealership is incompetent. I would find another dealer that is customer centric and deserving of your business. ππ«. ππ«π¬π‘ππ, ππ π‘ππ¬ ππππ§ ππ¦ππ’π₯ππ ππ§π ππ‘π¨π¬ππ§ ππ¨ π’π π§π¨π«π π¦π² ππ¨π§πππ«π§π¬. UPDATE: I have filed a complaint with the Attorney general and Mercedes USA. The dealership has chosen empty rhetoric over action. I am exploring legal options.Nicholas, thank you for reaching out. BAD EXPERIENCE

Internet manager Daniel De Morales Silva claimed that their internet service was down to check on my credit to move on with financing the Escalade I have tried to purchase for 4 days. Finally, The internet manager⦠has informed me that somebody came with the cash and have purchased the vehicle so it's not longer available after all. I own limo company and purchasing vehicles every year for about 30 years. I heard similar stories before in my experience and of course never will come back to the Dealership like this. So just a warning for consumers - DONT GO TO MERCEDES DEALERSHIP OF NATICK MAIgor, Hearing this is truly disappointing. Howard Rosenberg - Sales - Mercedes-Benz Natick
by GJC on 06/19/2024I don't usually write reviews, but for those interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Natick (soon to be Sudbury), I would highly recommend asking for Howard Rosenberg. In dealing with Howard, from the start I felt as⦠if I was dealing with an "old pro". Very relaxed and comfortable, no high-pressure sales tactics, just straightforward. In addition to this, on my sale, Howard's greatest attribute was communication. Things are sometimes delayed, the "shop" might be backed-up, your insurance info could be delayed in coming in, decision-makers can be temporarily out-of-pocket, etc. - these things can be frustrating, but they happen. What makes the world of difference is someone like Howard, who reaches out and communicates, who fields calls (and returns them!), even after deposits & payments have been made...that's follow-through. I can't say more about the dealership from 1st hand-knowledge, but I would buy a car from Howard again for sure. Great guy, a guy who understands customer service the way us 'older' folks knew it. :)Thank you for sharing your experience! by Sue on 04/25/2024My experience at Mercedes of Natick was over all great. I had to wait for a Title to arrive for the vehicle I bought but it was so worth wait. You get the attention you deserve when you have questions or issues that concern you. The salesβ¦ person (Chris),and sales manager (Nick), are very attentive and put you at ease. The financial person (Yatin) was so informative whether itβs warranty information or financial end of it, he explains and cover all options. I never had that experience at any other dealers. Chris Leigh was my salesperson and he made what can often be a stressful situation easy. I never felt pressured -- it was more like⦠shopping for a car with a very knowledgeable friend than a salesperson. Chris made sure I was happy with the car at delivery and beyond, even helping me fix a leaky tire a few weeks later. I wasn't sure what my experience would be purchasing something other than a Mercedes from this dealership, but they treated me so well throughout the process. With a quick copy of my license we were off on a test drive and⦠she had a very easy approach without trying to make a sale. When it came down to negotiate for the vehicle she advocated for me and did everything she could to get me the best deal possible. After selling me the vehicle she personally took it to fill up the gas, helped me empty the vehicle I was trading in, gave me a congratulatory hug before leaving and had me home to the family by dinner time! She even followed up to make sure everything was OK and I was happy.Josh, it sounds like Saena went above and beyond to make your car buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Natick a great one! First and foremost was my salesman Brian Trebicka who helped to make the sales experience easy breezy. Sure he wanted a big down payment and a high price but he was⦠also fair and accommodating. Later after negotiations, he facilitated paperwork and out of state car registration BS with ease and professionalism. On his own he ordered new mats for my dream SUV. by Carl and Lyn on 11/14/2022When i first arrived at the dealer I felt like I was welcomed with open arms and although got the expected smiles and greetings at this dealership it was very open. I was quickly met buy Howard Rosenburg who showed me around to various⦠makes and models. I didn't see anything immediately that i want as the car i wanted (E-450) was not on the lot and we parted after sometime with the intention of returning when a 450 was delivered and about 4-5 weeks later i got a call indicated they had one in for me to look at. I set an appt with Howard and we went on a test drive and immediately knew this was what i was looking for. Howard then walked me thru a no pressure configuration and ordering process while discussing the various trade-offs of different options and color selections. Once we arrived on the final config, I ordered and although Howard explained the possible delays with delivery the car showed up on time the expectations Howard had set. Massive shout-out to Howard and the entire sales process he walked me thru. The arrival day finally was upon us and Howard saw me pull into the dealership and met me and wife outside. for the scheduled pick-up which went very smoothly where i was walked around the dealership and met the service team and the service process and benefit's all unparalleled. It was now time to meet car and got an education of amazing detail and a true craftsman knowledge of the features and capabilities of the vehicle i just purchased. Jonny Pham was the professor that walked me thru this with calm and open attitude founded in deep knowledge. I would recommend anyone going to the dealership stop in a say hi to Jonny and pick up a few more tidbits of knowledge. I know i will. In summary if you are looking a great dealership for your next MB, drive the extra mile and go see Howard and Jonny.Best Dealership Experience I've Ever Had

My Salesman since 1986 was out on a leave and I was waiting in the waiting⦠area as they inspected my car. I was introduced to Agent Charles because I was just inquiring about when then dealership would be calling me to turn in my leased GLB250 early. The rest is history. much to my surprise, after a few hours of dialogue, seeing a new car, and making a decision, I was giving a depo$it for a 2022 GLC300...a significant upgrade from what I was driving. Please...give yourself a gift of coming into Herb Chambers Mercedes Benz of Natick and experience Agent Charles. He was such a professional...personable, confident, accomodating, compassionate, and genuinely there to serve the customer's needs and desires. The experience was pressure-free. He was only focused on what I was looking for and what "numbers would work." I was SO shocked that after a few moments and a depo$it...the next thing I knew I was leaving there with my current car on my way home to present an incredible deal to my husband. We called Agent Charles within an hour and made the commitment to lease this beautiful GLC300. I highly recommend you experience Agent Charles...truly a CLASS ACT...and tell him I sent you...!
