My experience at Mercedes of Natick was over all great. I had to wait for a Title to arrive for the vehicle I bought but it was so worth wait. You get the attention you deserve when you have questions or issues that concern you. The sales person (Chris),and sales manager (Nick), are very attentive and put you at ease. The financial person (Yatin) was so informative whether it’s warranty information or financial end of it, he explains and cover all options. I never had that experience at any other dealers.
