Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury

It has been a very long time since we have bought a new car and the process has changed quite a bit. We had never been to this dealership previously. They had two Mercedes SUVs we were interested in. Dominic Huard was our assigned Client Care Specialist and we couldn't be happier about the entire process. He was great to work with. No pushy sales tactics. No trying to sell us something we didn't want. He was very knowledgable and took his time to answer our questions. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes-Benz. I also want to state how nice the other staff was that we worked with. Everyone was great!! Amanda, Daniel, Brad, Josue. One last shout out to the front desk person, Sharon. She greeted us warmly and politely. Great first impression of how our car buying process was going to turn out. Now looking forward to having our new Benz serviced at this location as well.
