Mercedes-Benz of Sudbury

I don't usually write reviews, but for those interested in purchasing or leasing a vehicle at Mercedes-Benz Natick (soon to be Sudbury), I would highly recommend asking for Howard Rosenberg. In dealing with Howard, from the start I felt as if I was dealing with an "old pro". Very relaxed and comfortable, no high-pressure sales tactics, just straightforward. In addition to this, on my sale, Howard's greatest attribute was communication. Things are sometimes delayed, the "shop" might be backed-up, your insurance info could be delayed in coming in, decision-makers can be temporarily out-of-pocket, etc. - these things can be frustrating, but they happen. What makes the world of difference is someone like Howard, who reaches out and communicates, who fields calls (and returns them!), even after deposits & payments have been made...that's follow-through. I can't say more about the dealership from 1st hand-knowledge, but I would buy a car from Howard again for sure. Great guy, a guy who understands customer service the way us 'older' folks knew it. :)
