Absolutely disappointed. Internet manager Daniel De Morales Silva claimed that their internet service was down to check on my credit to move on with financing the Escalade I have tried to purchase for 4 days. Finally, The internet manager has informed me that somebody came with the cash and have purchased the vehicle so it's not longer available after all. I own limo company and purchasing vehicles every year for about 30 years. I heard similar stories before in my experience and of course never will come back to the Dealership like this. So just a warning for consumers - DONT GO TO MERCEDES DEALERSHIP OF NATICK MA
