When i first arrived at the dealer I felt like I was welcomed with open arms and although got the expected smiles and greetings at this dealership it was very open. I was quickly met buy Howard Rosenburg who showed me around to various makes and models. I didn't see anything immediately that i want as the car i wanted (E-450) was not on the lot and we parted after sometime with the intention of returning when a 450 was delivered and about 4-5 weeks later i got a call indicated they had one in for me to look at. I set an appt with Howard and we went on a test drive and immediately knew this was what i was looking for. Howard then walked me thru a no pressure configuration and ordering process while discussing the various trade-offs of different options and color selections. Once we arrived on the final config, I ordered and although Howard explained the possible delays with delivery the car showed up on time the expectations Howard had set. Massive shout-out to Howard and the entire sales process he walked me thru. The arrival day finally was upon us and Howard saw me pull into the dealership and met me and wife outside. for the scheduled pick-up which went very smoothly where i was walked around the dealership and met the service team and the service process and benefit's all unparalleled. It was now time to meet car and got an education of amazing detail and a true craftsman knowledge of the features and capabilities of the vehicle i just purchased. Jonny Pham was the professor that walked me thru this with calm and open attitude founded in deep knowledge. I would recommend anyone going to the dealership stop in a say hi to Jonny and pick up a few more tidbits of knowledge. I know i will.
