I was fortunate enough to have Saena as my sales professional when I decided to go to the dealership to look at a car. She had it out front and ready to go when I got there! With a quick copy of my license we were off on a test drive and she had a very easy approach without trying to make a sale. When it came down to negotiate for the vehicle she advocated for me and did everything she could to get me the best deal possible. After selling me the vehicle she personally took it to fill up the gas, helped me empty the vehicle I was trading in, gave me a congratulatory hug before leaving and had me home to the family by dinner time! She even followed up to make sure everything was OK and I was happy.
