First Ever Mercedes-Benz

It has been a very long time since we have bought a new car and the process has changed quite a bit. We had never been to this dealership previously. They had two Mercedes SUVs we were interested in. Dominic Huard was our assigned Client… Care Specialist and we couldn't be happier about the entire process. He was great to work with. No pushy sales tactics. No trying to sell us something we didn't want. He was very knowledgable and took his time to answer our questions. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes-Benz.
I also want to state how nice the other staff was that we worked with. Everyone was great!! Amanda, Daniel, Brad, Josue. One last shout out to the front desk person, Sharon. She greeted us warmly and politely. Great first impression of how our car buying process was going to turn out. Now looking forward to having our new Benz serviced at this location as well.

by Formercustomer on 07/22/2020New dealership manager--cares more about sales than service---Go elsewhere---HVAC filter problems with 2019 GLS 450 and 2017 GLC--mildew smells that blows through car. Despite cars being under warranty, service dept admits that this is a… HVAC defect and say this is a Mercedes USA problem so customer must pay for new filters service (so that car is even driveable) and then seek reimbursement through a class action lawsuit--In short, even if car under warranty, customer should pay hundreds of dollars to deal with issue and then hope to get $$ back at some point in the future. Warning to new car buyer---do NOT do business with this dealership. This is an easy problem to solve--cover it for customer and chase Mercedes yourself. After all, you are the dealer charging a LOT of $$ for a new mercedes and warranty.Random Glitch but Professionally Handled
by hdm on 02/11/2020After 3+ years of running beautifully, my GLS550 had a coolant pipe release and the engine over heated quickly. Despite never a good time to breakdown, I called the dealership, they provided me with a number for their tow company and the… rest worked as planned. I was able to UBER home, keep my meetings and text with the dealership about completion of the matter. They held a car for me in case I needed it, but luckily was able to get car back later at night. He was a consummate professional, extremely engaging, and nothing but sincere throughout the buying process. I wasn't even looking for a vehicle but I ended up purchasing a very… nice Mercedes-Benz. The entire process was so easy thanks to Mr. Scrymgeour. Herb Chambers would do well by having Charles give sales and leadership training to his new staff. Charles is a fantastic person with expert vehicle knowledge. I love visiting the dealership now (socially) to have a great cup of coffee and chat with Charles on the latest in MB technology. I will not purchase a vehicle from anyone else.Outstanding Service

But after we paid for the car, drove the car for a week, and found some problems that we'd like to discuss with them for the next procedure under the warranty, they… would not return to us at all. We tried emailing, calling the salesperson many times, but he just abandoned us totally. I hope the service would improve after my review, however, we will continue pursuing our state mandatory warranty work from them.Great Deal with help of Great salesman!, Charles Scrymgeour!

He helped me to go over other series and he found the best car matches with my need and budget (C300-Y2019!)… ...Unbelievable...Greatest car with Greatest price! Charles Scrymgeour is the main reason I had such an amazing experience and deal with Mercedes-Benz Of Natick. I highly recommend this place but more recommend asking for Charles. Saena found us the exact vehicle we were looking for in record time and without the usual sales pressure we've been accustomed… to. She guided us through the entire process so efficiently from test drives to finishing paperwork. Saena is very down to earth but not so much as to waste time or drag things out unnecessarily. After an internet search for a very specific automobile and use of Dealer Rater, which was quite informative, I was informed that if they did not… have the ideal car that I wanted, they would order it to my specifications, and in fact, they did. They were a joy to deal with and negotiations were reasonable and pleasant, not tense and uncomfortable like other dealerships. Vito was in contact during the manufacturing of my car in Germany, it was registered and delivered to my home. Their on-line scheduling is so simple, Leo greeted me the minute I drove… into the garage. They have a loaner ready and waiting or always have a ride if I need one. They finish when they say that are going to be finished, explain everything they did, in detail. My car is always clean and vacuumed and I leave knowing that they value my time. If I do wait for my car, they inform me how long I can expect to wait and they have quality coffee/espresso and pastry in the waiting area, all the news papers, wifi and morning news programs. The seating is comfortable and clean.Worth Finding this Dealership! A+++

by RayJ360 on 08/10/2018I have been doing business with this dealership, formerly Foreign Motors, since I brought my first (grey-market) Mercedes over from Germany in 1968, and have had many Mercedes bought and serviced there. Also a couple of BMW's when they… carried both makes. I also have a Mercedes that is serviced in Naples, FL, Suzanne Daniels is easily the best service adviser that I have ever dealt with, anywhere. She is very knowledgeable technically, and always goes out of her way to help out no matter how complicated the issue is. A pleasure to deal with. People like Suzanne, Steve Boston, Fred Romsey, and Jamie McCracken are the reason that I stay there, even though there is a closer dealership.
